Parasios Royale is a well maintained complex (low rise) in Las Americas. Many haven't heard off it as you can easily pass it by, A mixture of residential and holiday letts, hence the reason why it is so well maintained.
The apartment is ideal for couples or a family looking for quality accommodation but being very close to all amenities.
The beach is just a 4 minutes walk away and all supermarkets and shops are close by. However the appeal of the complex is that it is very quiet and relaxing and although so close to everything, very peaceful at night for sleeping.
Another benefit is that the pool is heated during the winter months. Taking the edge of water.
The apartment is ideal for those looking to relax and just chill out. The spacious terrace is great for this and receives sun in the afternoon.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary islands. In the south there is sunshine all year round. The north is cooler and damper, with lush foliage. In the centre is Mount Tiede and it's not unusual to have snow on its peak while the sun is splitting the stones in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas! It is indeed an island of contrasts - but well worth the effort of exploring it.

Parasio Royale has many facilities/amenities close by. Apart from the lovely swimming pool, one has access to all the lovely boutiques and restaurants so very near the complex.
The lovely Safari shopping centre is a 10 minutes walk away and this is famous for the lovely Bianco Restaurant and Harrys Bar. Shopping is a pleasure from Prada to Gucci...so do not forget your credit/cards.
The beaches are just a 4 minutes walk away and all normal watersports can be done here. Trips to see the dolphin and whales and to Teide can be arranged locally.

The kitchen has a range of fitted units providing a cooker/hob/kettle/toaster/microwave a full range of crockery and kitchen utensils.
The living room has two nice sofas along with a sideboard unit hosting the TV. Please note clients are welcome to take their sky card from the UK to use within the apartment.
Patio doors lead onto the huge terrace.

The terrace receives the sun from around midmorning through to the evening. It gets very hot!
