Las Floritas Apartments is a modern apartment complex of located in the heart of Las Americas. Easily accessible, we are located in one of the most important arteries of the Americas called Arquitecto

Fully furnished, recently renovated. It has 24 hour reception, currency exchange, restaurants, snack-bar and supermarkets. Guests can enjoy a river-style pool with sun loungers around the complex and a snack bar in the area.

We are located in the heart of Playa de las Americas, at just 500 meters from the beach, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. At 400 meters from the entertainment area known as 'Veronicas'. Just 10 minutes away from Siam Park Water Park. Tenerife South Airport is just at 19 km.

Good area to enjoy the beach, sun, day and night entertainment and cuisine.

The pool can be used from 10 Am till 7 PM

It is a Lifeguard throughout the year.

There are many excursions available including a trip to El Teide, Tenerife's volcano, or the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The front of Las Floritas overlooks the Las Americas golf course with a picturesque view of the mountains behind.

Taxi charges here are among the cheapest in Europe but should you wish to hire a car we are very fortunate that opposite the complex there is a large, free car park which always has spaces. Alternatively if you fancy seeing the island by public transport we are not far from the bus station and for great shopping a trip to the capital of Santa Cruz is a good day out.

Why can't I call PE (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send PE (the owner) a message.

If PE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
