WI-FI throughout the apartment free of charge!!! The apartment is located in a beautiful condominium with swimming pool.IThe building has two entrances, one of which is in front of park Aqualand. The apartment was renovated in July 2011. This apartment consists of a large room with several areas: a bedroom with king size bed (180 x 200, you can also have two single beds) with 32" LCD satellite TV, dining area with table for 4 persons, fully equipped (microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) and a table plan for breakfast overlooking the sea.
The new bathroom has a large shower and sitting area, there is another bidét. He have a sofa bed for two people, with a large terrace of 25 sqm with lounge chairs and a dining table with beautiful sea views and fascinating sunset . WI-FI throughout the apartment free of charge!!!

"Only 1 km there is the Siam Park, a spectacular park . and is another water park, at 100 mt.Aqualand, but not so fun like the Siam Park. For dinner I recommend Zena Restaurant with good pizza and Italian dishes at only 100 meters from the apartment.
Other nearby restaurant advice (300 m) is the Restaurant " Molino Blanco". If you have the car ,near the San Lorenzo Valley, you can find the restaurant "La Brasa", great grilled meat !! Absolutely you must visit the volcano El Teide, is amazing!! Then there are many other beautiful things to see and do in Tenerife ... never get bored quite contrary ...

The Tenerife region
The Island of Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands. It is positioned just off the west coast of Africa, and enjoys year round sunshine with temperatures averaging between 20 - 27 centigrade throughout the year. Mount Teide is the highest mountain in Spain, and at 3,718 metres, the top is covered for much of the winter months in snow!
There are many sights to see throughout the island, far too numerous to mention, so we have in our villas a book called 'Tenerife Select' - an exclusive destination. This lists the best attractions, restaurants, sports and all the important telephone numbers you may need during your stay. Whilst we would consider a car to be recommended, please take advantage of the 'Island tour' which picks up locally. This is a full day, and means that your driver can also relax and take in the lovely views.
The Playa de Las Americas area
Playa las Americas is the top holiday spot in Tenerife and offers everything for young and old alike. There's plenty to do and see. Malibu Park is a quiet well run complex ideal for families and couples - with everything you could want on your doorstep.
There are two sandy beaches within a 5 minute walk and a full range of water sports.
Eating out in Tenerife is much cheaper and there is a full range of international cuisine . As well as local restaurants there are Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai etc.
The San Eugenio Shopping Centre with its hypermarket and banks, pavements cafes and shops is only a 2 minute walk. There is als a weekly market within walking distance.
There is the well know Aqua Park just a short distance away .
Fishing, boat rides to watch the whales and dolphins from the nearby Puerto Colon Marina with it's cafes and bars.
The new Siam Park is within walking distance of Malibu Park and is claiming to be the largest water park in Europe - but there is plenty of other things to do and see there.
There are 5 golf course all within a 20 minute drive.
If you want to venue further visit the famous Mount Teide - a cable car goes to the top. During the winter there is often snow on the mountain so you can play snowballs in the morning and come down and swim in the sea or pool in the afternoon.
There are lots of trips to the various interesting parts of the island. Or the local buses are cheap and the bus station is only a short walk away.
For the Golf enthusiast there are a choice of 5 courses and all are within a 20 minute drive.

Me and my partner decided last summer to book our holiday away from a travel agents and do it ourselves to save money which we had never done before. Whilst looking through properties i noticed this beautiful apartment and decided between us this is the one we would book. This being our first time we wasnt really sure how to go about it and after emailing the owner Serena she couldnt have been more helpful :). Our second worry was that the apartment wouldnt be like the pictures showed, however when we arrived it was even better. The apartment is apsolutely stunning and we could not have wished for anything more. The apartment is equipped with all you could want and Its in a lovely complex and is liturally in the middle of all attractions of Tenerife South. We will most certainly be coming back to this apartment in the near future. Thank you very much Serena (sorry its taken so long to write a review). |

we had a lovely 11 days in the apartment. comfortable, spacious and well equipped. glorious views. apartment has a choice of terraces giving you the option of sitting in the sun or shade. we love going to Tenerife when it is so cold in London. would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family quite happily. we chose to pay the extra to have the owner collect us from and deliver us to the airport, well worth it. no messing about with cabs or buses. complex has pool with bar, another bar and a little supermarket so you don't even have to go anywhere if you don't want to. we would however suggest a visit to "Marios", great food, great service and they really make you feel welcome. |
