The studio sleeps four. It has a small functional kitchen all utensils, crockery and cutlery are available, with gas 2-ringed hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. There are two single beds and a double bed-sofa. DVD & playstation ONE. Patio doors lead onto a balcony. There is a free secured safe.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife boasts all year round temperatures and is also a popular winter destination. Los Christianos is central to a range of tourist attractions and has a variety of evening entertainment to suit all ages. There is a water park and a Jungle park to the outskirts of the area where free buses are regularly available on certain days. Mount Teide is a bus ride away and on a clear day Africa can be seen. Water sports are popular along the beaches. There is also a Sunday market held in Los Christianos.
Playa de Las Americas area
Los Cristianos has numerous shops in the town centre and a good selection of bars and restaurants catering for every taste. just a 5 min walk las americas has a shopping centre called the sahra centre which has fantastic shopping oppertunities with a excellent choice of restaurants to cater for every taste

The budget airlines which fly to tenerife are monarch jet 2 excel tompson fly these are just a few which are easily avaiable on the internet The airport is 15 mins from the apartment taxis are always avaiable at the airport at a cost of aprox 20 euros

Further details outdoors: The complex itself is well established and is only 90metres away from the beach where there is a flat promenade, which stretches from Los Christianos to Las Americas. The complex comprises of: Two pools, both with children’s section. Tennis and basketball courts. A supermarket, that opens 7 days a week. A bar, which serves bar meals and has limited entertainment.

Conditions
The studio is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. To book we request a £50 non-refundable deposit and the full payment 10 weeks prior to departure. This does not apply to late booking. Please take out private travel insurance, as we do not give refunds once the deposit is paid under any circumstances.
