Parque Santiago 3 has been a firm favourite with discerning holidaymakers wishing to be central but in a quality complex. We feel that we have the best views on the complex facing the sea and overlooking the three pools. This penthouse has been furnished to a high standard with comfort in mind.
The balcony is very long and receives full sun from around late morning till sunset. A sun awning is provided should you wish to keep cool. The layout of the duplex penthouse means that a nice breeze is felt during the hottest of months.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary islands. In the south there is sunshine all year round. The north is cooler and damper, with lush foliage. In the centre is Mount Tiede and it's not unusual to have snow on its peak while the sun is splitting the stones in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas! It is indeed an island of contrasts - but well worth the effort of exploring it.

Parque Santiago 3 has many facilities on site. Apart from the lovely swimming pools, one has access to all the lovely boutiques and restaurants on site and under the complex.
The lovely Safari shopping centre is a two minute walk away and this is famous for the lovely Bianco Restaurant and Harrys Bar. Shopping is a pleasure from Prada to Gucci...so do not forget your credit cards!
Trips to see the dolphin and whales and to Teide can be arranged locally.

Further details indoors: Entrance level there is the fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences such as microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, ample crockery and glasses and two fridges.
Bedroom no 1 is on this level, this bedroom has patio door leading onto the balcony. Twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom with bath-shower over WC and sink with mirror over is on this level.
Off the living area again there are patio doors onto the balcony. The living area has a Plasma TV which receives the complex satellite and currently this gets many channels including English TV. Two sofas along with a side unit which host many books for one to peruse or read through along with some side coffe tables. A USB device can be hire for laptop users. Upstairs there is bedroom no 2. This has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and chest of drawers.
Bathroom no 2 is also located here with bath and shower over, sink with mirror and WC.
Further details outdoors: The balcony is very long and there are sunloungers available. A patio set and chairs are also provided. A sun awning is provided should you wish to sit in the shade.
We feel the balcony offers the best views on the complex of the pools, the sea and La Gomera!
The complex pools are famous for having the little white bridges. One of the pools is heated during the winter months.
Sunbed passes are provided with this penthouse.

Due to the location we only accept bookings from couples or families with children over 10 years of age.
Changeover days Monday to Saturday. Sunday can be arranged at an additional cost. Please enquire.
Two weeks stay or longer receive a midstay linen and towel change.
