The Playa de Las Americas / Tenerife Royal Gardens area
The studio is situated near to local amenities, and just at 2 minutes walk from the beach.
On the right hand side of the complex you can find the beach called "Playa El Camisón" and at the left the beach called "Playa de Las Vistas".
The weather in this area is nearly always sunny; ideal for sun bathing or relaxing. For the more energetic there are ball games, surfing, beach volleyball and many other games.
The promenade gives you the alternative to walk, run or cycle all the way along the coast.

The complex TENERIFE ROYAL GARDENS is located at apprx 15KM from Tenerife South Airport Reina Sofia.
From the airport you can take a bus or a taxi.
The taxi will cost apprx 25 euros. Takes 30 minutes.
The bus directly from the airport to Los Cristianos cost apprx 8 euros. From there you will have to take a taxi to the complex; costs apprx 5 euros. Takes apprx one hour.

My mum and I have been to Tenerife 8 times in total and this is by the far the nicest apartments we have stayed in. The pool area is very large with a lovely kids pool and is cleaned every morning. The sunbeds are free and very comfy.. Although were only unlocked at 10am each morning. The apartment block is very safe as you have to have a key code to get in and there is security 24hours The Studio apartment itself was very spacious, clean and modern. There were two sunbeds on the balcony, rain shower, washing machine, flat screen tv and air con The company were very good to as every email we sent was answered the next day and when we asked for extra bedding it was delivered ASAP. Overall I couldn't fault it (apart from the noisy fridge maybe) we are definitely staying again next year! |

Very nice recently refurbished apartment. The only drawback was the bed which was on the soft side (I need an orthopaedic mattress as I get back problems). Otherwise, a lovely apartment which gets the sun from about 11 am through to gone 8 pm in the evening. The airconditioning keeps it cool though and the pool (at least at this time of year) is never very busy. Will definately come again! P.S. Booked direct with Melisofi Consulting and had no problems whatsoever - highly recommended |

Myself and my wife had the pleasure of staying in this studio for a week in January 2012,as we are regular visitors to tenerife and normally stay in one of the hotels in this area we were unsure when booking an apartment We chose to take a chance and try it for a change and we must admit it was a great decision .The overall review on our choice of accomadation and the location of the premises would score 10 out of 10 and we plan to return in September of this year and hope to stay in this complex again. |
