About the home

Large duplex detached villa on the edge of a quiet residential complex.
We offer complete self catering holidays for families or excellent base for couples wishing to explore the beautiful island of tenerife or its well renowned nightlife. We are also well positioned to the many excellent golf courses of the area.

1st floor - 2 bedrooms both ensuite (bath, shower, w.c, hand basin) both bedrooms equiped with ample wardrobe & drawer space.
master bedroom has a small balcony with small patio set overlooking the ocean.

Ground floor - large living dining area consisting of cottage suite, freeview colour t.v, radio/cd player, dining table and chairs, studio couch (doubles into double bed), wardrobe & drawers.

Newly Revamped Kitchen - fridge/freezer, electric oven & grill with 4 hobs, microwave (all kitchen equipment is provided)
downstairs w.c with hand basin & automatic washing machine.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife lies in the Atlantic Ocean approximately 120 miles off the coast of North West Africa. Tenerife enjoys up to 11 hours of sunshine each day in the summer months. This is a sun lovers paradise island. It is also the largest of the Canary Islands. The temperature in Tenerife averages 26 degrees centigrade with not much variation throughout the year, making it the perfect getaway in the winter months.

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio Alto area

Playa De Las Americas is a modern expanse of urban development that draws tourists throughout the year. This is the islands most populated area and offers limitless opportunities for soaking up the days sunshine Las Americas offers a whole host of entertainment for both young and old and has many attractions to visit both during the day and night. The Aqualand and The New " Siam Park " are only a 10-15 minute walk from the Villa which are a real must for a good day out, and for all the family to enjoy. In the evenings you can enjoy some of the islands best cabaret tribute acts or the many bars and restaurants in walking distance or maybe sit and relax down at the harbour in Puerto Colon.

“Brilliant Villa With Great View Of The Ocean And Very Clean.” After visting 614 Oceanview for the 3rd time this November I thought it was about time I wrote a review on this beautiful property. It spacious, well presented and its everything you need for a self catering holiday. Its on a nice quiet residential complex so there is no noise in the middle of the night which is perfect. Although its a short walk down to the most popular bars and restaurants I find it very pleasent. “Lovely clean villa, not as easily accessible or close to amenities that we had thought.” We enjoyed our time thoroughly in 614 OceanView. It had all the facilities and was extremely well looked after. However we could not access the pool as we did not have the key for it and when we contacted Villa 440, we got no reply. Apart from the restricted access to the pool, I did not realise that the complex had so many steps and steep hills to access it. They are manageable to navigate, however for carrying suitcases, groceries, bottles of water, it is quite hard going. Myself and my friends got used to it, however it would not be suitable for families in my opinion. Overall I would recommend 614 OceanView.
