This is a newly renovated and spacious 2 bedroom duplex apartment set on the seafront within the exclusive and popular grounds of Parque Santiago 2. The apartment offers lovely seaviews from the main balcony and groundfloor patio area. The ground floor consists of a brand new shower room, fully equipped modern kitchen (with washing machine), dining area and through lounge. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, coffee table, T.V and D.V.D/C.D player. (T.V has some English satellite channels) Patio doors lead off the lounge to the groundfloor terrace/garden area. A gate at the end of the garden leads directly to the sea front. The first floor boasts a galleried landing, leading to two large twin bedrooms, a beautifully modernised bathroom, separates the two. The main bedroom has a large balcony with patio furniture, sunbeds and views of the ocean and the island of La Gomera. A safety deposit box has been installed for your convenience.

How to get there
There are scheduled flights to Tenerife from all airports. Visit Monarch, Excel or Jet2.com for good deals on flights. Car hire can easily be arranged from the U.K or fromTenerife Airport. Alternatively, travel by taxi. A row of taxis are always on standby outside the terminal building. It will take you 15 minutes and costs approximately £12. (18 Euros) Taxis are always on hand in the resort and are very reasonable.
