Homely apartment, with swimming pool in a small complex, just 10 minute walking to the best places of Las Americas, nearby restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centres.

Newly restored apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, new equipped kitchen, lounge with sofabed, balcony with swimming pool views, is good apartment for 2 or 3 persons.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands with an area of 2057 km and a perimeter road of 358 km. Tenerife is located 200 miles off the west coast of Africa and has a population of 750,000. The main feature of the Island is Mount Teide , which is an extinct volcano , standing at 3718m (12198 feet) , making it the tallest mountain in all of Spain.

The 2 ends of the island are very different, the North being green and lush with some rainfall.The south of the island being hot and dry , explaining its popularity with holiday makers all year round.

This island has one of the best climates worldwide , with temperatures varying from 21 – 30 Degrees , throughout the year. The trade winds that blow across the Canary Islands ensure the average temperature stays at around 23-25 degrees ,which is always very pleasant.

The Playa de Las Americas / Central Playa de Las Americas area

This apartment is in the heart of the Playa Las Americas. It is five minutes walking to Mediterranean Palace or fifteen minutes to Las Vistas , the finest beach in Tenerife , hosting magnificent front-line restaurants and overlooked by the renowned Bahia de Los Cristianos.

The designer shops malls are all within 5 minutes walk from the apartment and range from designers shops such as Cartier to local supermarkets to get daily provisions.

Within a 10 minute walk Playa Las Palmera, offering bars, restaurants, children's entertainment and sports activities.For the sports enthusiast there is a local gym, excercise classes , a health spa , tennis courts. surf schools.

Normally there are many companies that fly to Tenerife, the island has two airports, Tenerife North (Los Rodeos) at 50 minutes drive from the villas, and Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) to 20 minutes drive from the villas.

“Very clean, spacious,great apartments” great apartments, location is good, plenty of bars , shops , things to do , situated central to los christanos and las americas, very clean , everything you need in the apartment, washer,full size cooker, microwave. would definately stay here again , only complaint no english tv.
