Mare Verde for cheap breaks. (studio)

Home description

For a good quality cheap break, join us at Mare Verde complex. Our studio is behind the red Bourganvillea.
The complex resembles a Spanish pueblo with low-level apartments, many gardens and beautiful plants including cactus, bourganvilla and tropical palms. There are 4/5 pools including children's pool ( SEE GOOGLE EARTH INTERACTIVE MAP) with interconnecting cascades and waterfalls which flow throughout the complex. Our studio has a south-facing aspect and is next to the main pool.
There are many cheap bars and restaurants nearby and Europes premier aqua park Siam Water Theme Park which opened in 2008 is 5 minute taxi-ride.
Within a 5 minute walking distance there is a 24 hour supermarket, shops, chemist, banks and the Fanabe Commercial Centre. ++++ 5 minutes taxi ride to Siam Water Theme Park.++++

The Tenerife region

Within 5 minutes walk of our studio are some of the most beautiful beaches in South tenerife, eg Fanabe beach, La Pinta beach and of course the splendid harbour, offering water sports, boat trips (see the dolphins) and snorkelling, and the fabulous Catamaran.
Enjoy wonderful views (and sunsets) of La Gomera.
The apartment is just 5 minutes away from Europes Premier aqua park the new Siam Water Theme Park which opened in october 2008. see www.siamparktenerife.com

Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area

Use the local cheap bus service (outside the complex) to visit local villages, the majestic Mount Tiede and the beautiful Orotava valley and banana plantations. Santa Cruz and Puerto De La Cruz are also easily reached by bus. Playa de las Americas withits fabulous nightlife and cheap restaurants is just minutes away.
Tenerifes newest attraction Siam Aqua Park is 5 minutes taxi ride.
From Los Christianos harbourt take a boat trip to the neighbouring islands of La Gomera and El Hierro for an unforgettable experience.
Take a walk along the coast just before sunset. (Very romantic) And don`t forget your camera.
We recommend the bus service as it is very cheap, comfortable and reliable. Cheap fare from the airport right to Mare Verde. (Please ask for details)

Fly Ryanair (There are some great bargains early 2010)
Car hire is in not necessary while staying at the Mare Verde complex and the cheap bus service is recommended.

Further details indoors:
Home-from-home. With dvd/cd and a range of books and cds/dvds available. A safety deposit box is available plus all that you would expect eg` kettle, toaster and electric iron. Ornate gates have been fitted for your security and comfort and there are ceiling fans.

Further details outdoors:
The studio apartment is right next to the main pool and has a south-facing aspect offering sunshine all day on the terrace.There is also 24 hour security on site.
There is a family show-bar, pool-side bar and the friendly restaurant Oasis offers good, cheap home-cooked food, good company and great prices.
Long-term stays are available at £150 per week.

Do you fancy a really cheap short break then look no further?
we are now offering short breaks (3/6 days) for £30 per day + end of stay cleaning fee of £30.
- Other apartments available to cater for larger families.
- No single sex groups.
- We would ask that you vacate the apartment at 10am on the day of departure. If you have a late flight guests may be able to stay if there are no in-coming guests.

Conditions

£50 deposit per week is required.
£40 deposit for the keys (this deposit is returned as soon as we receive the keys)
We would request smokers to use the outside patio.
The studio apartment should be vacated at 10am on the day of departure (unless incoming guests are arriving on late flights)
The studio is for 2 adults and and 2 small children, for 3 adults the cost would be £25 per week extra.
