THIS IS A QUIET WELL RUN COMPLEX
This beautiful apartment is located 7 -10 Min walk from the beach.and is on the top floor of a quiet, well-run complex with stunning views, and about 10 metres in from the road, Suitable for families with young children, ( Toddlar / child friendly ) couples , and ABLE BODIED PEOPLE of all ages. Not suitable for people with disability or mobility problems
The large balcony is the perfect place to unwind in the evening with a good meal and a bottle of the wine where you can take in the stunning views of the sea and surounding country side with the mountains as a back drop"
The complex is a short walk away from lively bars and beautiful restaurants
This apartment is highly recommended by past guests to be a perfect location for a restful and enjoyable holiday in tranquil surroundings , but with the nightlife and amenities of Playa De Las Americas just a short walk away. There are also available ,free bus rides to the new Siam water park ,a great family day out

Sliding french doors lead out unto the large private ,furnished balcony which has unobstructed views of the ocean and neighbouring islands and beautiful views of the country side for miles leading up into the mountains . 2 dining tables with 8 chairs plus a 3 seater sofa couch ( which also opens up into a double bed ) furnish the balcony.
Part of the balcony is shaded, and the remainder is open for sun bathing on the 2 sun loungers provided.
A Large LCD TV (digital and analogue ) with DVD player in the living room. all satlite channels available
Flat screen LCD TV and DVD player in the bedroom plus satlite channels.
A safety deposit box is provided.
A travel cot is available ( £20 per week )
A selection of books / cds / dvd are in the apartment for guests to enjoy
Travel plugs and a hair dryer are in place
Newly fitted bathroom : shower , toilet , wash hand basin .towel rails and a large mirrors (towels provided)
Fly screens are fitted to bedroom windows
There are two large Electric fans in the apartment (18 inch )
There is a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils supplyed, : oven ,hob , extractor fan , microwave , fridge/freezer
Elec kettle , toaster , clothes dryer etc.
Welcome pack on your arrivial : water / tea / coffee / milk / sugar / biscuits / and a bottle of wine
There are no charges for the use of sunbeds at the swimming pools
WIFI and Internet is available
There is a visitors book if you wish to make a comment regarding the apartment
A gas bbq is available apon request

There are two pools in the complex one is heated for year round use.
There is a small but useful supermarket in our complex, opening hours are 8am-2pm and 5pm-9pm.
Also available is a self service launderette, vending machines, and public telephone.
There are tennis facilities in town.
Taxi rank is just 100m from the main entrance to the complex
A variety of bars and restaurants and shops in the vicinity
Bicycles can be hired in the town
WIFI and Internet available
A brand new tourist attraction " SIAM PARK " is now open , free bus rides from various pick up points ,Well
worth a visit €40 per person approx !!
Pony tracking just a short walk away
jet skies can be hired at the marina,
There is go-carting and off road driving 10 mins away by taxi

- Eldery persons ( if walking ) may find the hill up to the complex a little steep , Should not be a problom for
able bodied persons.

- This apartment is not suitable for disabled people or persons with mobility probloms
- sometimes , you may experience maintenance work in progress, this is essential for the up keep of the
complex

Conditions

At the time of booking, a 25% deposit of agreed rental is payable. There will be a £75 damages / security bond added onto the remainder of the rental , which must be paid in full 6 weeks before your travel date.( unless the booking is made within 6 weeks of your travel date , then full payment is requested) On receipt of the full rental fee plus the £75 damages / security bond, keys will be forwarded unto guests.
The £75 Damages /Security bond will be totally refunded to the guests within ten days of the return of the keys to the owner.
( Providing that there are no breakages, or damage to furniture or equipment within the apartment)
BBQ is available apon request, ( this equipment has to be washed / cleaned and left in the conditation that
you would expect to find it ) if dammaged or left uncleaned the security bond will not be returned
NOTE: Prices may be subject to change at the owners descretion.
Towels and bed linen are included in weekly rate ( 7 nights ) However if you require a mid week linen change during your stay there will be an additional charge of £8 per person. ( each change )
GUESTS SHOULD ARRANGE THEIR OWN TRAVEL INSURANCE

The Playa de Las Americas area

Playa De Las Americas. A fashionable resort with a stylish promenade and a splended beach,Las Americas is the liveliest spot on the island, buzzing with atmosphere, the resort has a superb selection of amenities and a funfilled agenda, guaranteed to bring any holiday alive with excitement.The local water park, Aqua Park, is a fun place for children and even the grown-ups too, this is a short ' walk from the complex There is a must-see dolphin show twice a day, There are jeep tours of the island, off-road adventure, quad park, and karting all ten minutes from Playa Las Americas, February and March bring several weeks of parades, fancy dress and a general carnival time.
Loro Park: a great trip, can be booked from excursion shops. A coach will collect you from a pick-up point. The park is on the north of the island and well worth a visit. If you are a gardner there are also beautiful gardens to wander into.

You can also take the no 111 bus from the airport €2.50 per person to the bus station and then a connecting
