Conditions
At time of booking, a 25% deposit of agreed rental is payable. There is a £75 surcharge added onto the remainder of the rental fee, which must be paid in full 6 weeks before travel date. On receipt of the full rental fee plus the £75 surcharge, keys will be forwarded unto guests. The £75 surcharge will be totally refunded to the guests within one week of the return of the keys to the owner (providing that there are no breakages or damage within the apartment)
NOTE: Prices may be subject to change at the owners descretion. Towels and bed linen are included in weekly rate ( 7 nights ) However if you require a linen change during your stay there will be an additional charge of £5 per person.
