About the home

Recently refurbished Studio (Sleeps 4) in Santa Maria complex in Torviscas, close to Porto Colon Marina and La Pinta beach. Santa Maria offers easy access to Fanabe, Adeje and Las Americas.

A delightful studio, which has recently undergone refurbishment to a high standard with British TV (BBC1, ITV & Sky Sports1) DVD, Video/CD player and hairdryer. Fully tiled bathroom with small washing machine and power-shower.

Patio doors leading on to the balcony offering cool breakfasts, warm afternoon sun and sensational sunsets over the crystal blue Atlantic ocean and up to the snow-capped Mount Teide.

Santa Maria is very poular and has 24 hour reception, security and lifeguards, 2 pools (heated and children's), tennis court, tv /games lounge and roof top solarium. The complex also offers a hairdresser, car hire facility and excursion bookings, and even a small launderette.

There is a superb daytime and evening entertainments programme with children's events and cabaret shows.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is known for all year round sunshine and is a popular destination throughout the whole year. Temperatures range between 22°C in January to 28°C in August. The language of the islands is Spanish, with the currency being the Euro.

Tenerife is a wonderful island full of rich contrasts from north to south, and is a destination with something for everyone. Diverse landscapes, an abundance of activities and excellent local cuisine make Tenerife a great destination for your holiday.

The Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area

Torviscas is ideally within a 5 minute walk of La Pinta and Fanabe beaches. Close to Porto Colon marina and Fashionable Fanabe with its bars and restaurants for all tastes.

Take an evening stroll for designer shopping or perfumes, and dine in one of the superb restaurants on Fanabe beach. At night take a candlelit cocktail at one of the many beach bars, or head off for the nightlife of Las Americas and dance the night away.

Take the chance to go parascending or paragliding, even a helicopter trip. Water sports are easily available, from swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling or a submarine trip to sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing or power boating. You can even take a trip to watch the whales and dolphins at play.

The islands incredible year round sunny climate, a choice of beaches, a marina, casino, mountains, hundreds of bars and restaurants make Tenerife a great choice for your holiday.
