The townhouse consists of one double bedroom and bathroom including power shower on the first floor and an open fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa/double bed and a private terrace on the ground floor. The townhouse is situated in a quiet complex, surrounded by a garden. Up to 4 adults/children can sleep in each house and a bed for a baby can be provided if requested.


Most desired location in a quiet street and close to all you need at the same time, in the very heart of Playa Las Americas – most popular resort in Tenerife. Our townhouses are located 3 minutes walking distance to Las Cuevitas sandy beach, restaurants and entertainment area of Las Veronicas and the famous Avenida de Las Americas with glamorous shops and trendy restaurants. A short walk to other amenities – water sports facilities, yacht hiring, close to Siam aqua Park and convenient to transport links including to the must-see Loro Park and other popular destinations in Tenerife. A 5 mins drive to beautiful historical Los Cristianos town and port if you wish to visit other islands by ferry.

The Canary Islands region

Tenerife offers the widest range of tourist attractions of any of the Canaries, with its spectacular volcanic scenery and distinctive black sands. There are plenty of watersports on offer and a vibrant nightlife. Los Cristianos is an old fishing village, with ferry trips to the secluded islands of La Gomera and El Hierro which both boast dramatic scenery.

Nearby La Palma is the world’s steepest island, leading up to the massive crater which is part of its National Park. Back on Tenerife, Playa de las Américas is a cheerful and relaxed resort, with good windsurfing to be had at nearby El Médano. Puerto de la Cruz offers buildings by architect César Manrique, and for children Loro Parque is a wonderful place to see parrots and dolphins. The Parque Nacional del Tiede is unmissable for walkers, with its landscape of lava streams and volcanic rocks.

Playa de las Americas

Playa de Las Americas is the ideal location for all types of holiday maker. You can laze on the long sandy beaches, shop until you drop or party all night long. There are exclusive new shopping centres, as in the San Eugenio District and around Puerto Colon. Watersports and beach club entertainment for children and adults are on offer at the sea. Major theme parks include the Sky Park and the large and impressive Siam Park. The nightlife is the liveliest on the island, with a casino and most clubs staying open until the small hours. One of the most popular night club destinations is Veronicas.

Thank you for submitting a review.
First of all, I want to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay at our apartment.
Since your arrival, we were in contact with you, both by telephone and by email, which actually began long before you arrived. My assistant, Daisy met you at the apartment, well after midnight and four hours after you were expected. A lot of other residences might simply leave a key to a late-arriving party, but we always want to make a personal connection. Upon meeting you, Daisy, attempted to explain the bare minumum of details necessary for your comfort on the first night, realizing the hour was late and you might be weary from travel. She understandably aimed to be quick as the hour was late and attention may have been short. The next day my husband was on site and met you the next day after your arrival and spent quite a bit of time talking to you both and addressing anything that might not have been apparent to you after your arrival. My husband left his phone number, confirmed that you had mine, and indicated that he is routinely on the property and could come in if any need were to arise.
In your review, you give little detail about 'poor condition' existed. We go to great lengths to adequately and accurately portray our apartment, their condition and their holdings through our website and in the pictures and decriptions we provide. Of course everyone has their own perspective on habitability, design and detail. This apartment and it's condition, including facilities, furniture and decor, are consistent with the price we advertise and the one you receive, particularly in light of it's prime location close to the beach. You were offered a discount for a 4-week stay and in May, the price is even lower than at other times of the year.
I understood that before your stay with us, you may have stayed more routinely at hotels and that this was perhaps the first time you rented an apartment. Of course, these two are not the same and the experience of hotel might be more to your liking. Usually apartments are self-catering, meaning that you provide some of the necessary elements on your own. We offer a fully-equipped kitchen and the proximity to well-appointed supermarkets for those who choose to cook diner at home and enjoy themselves in privacy. We also offer weekly cleaning. It's up to the guest to determine which sort of scenario they prefer on their holiday and evaluate what type of accomodation suits their needs the best.
During your stay there were several apartments being refurbished simultaneously. As these are private apartments, the owners have right to do so without warning other owners before work begins. I appologize that during the time of your stay, you had to endure some of the activity that is consistent with renovation work. Of course, I have no control over that activity, I can only empathize. As far as the parking lot being resurfaced, I am to a fair extent at the mercy of the availability of the contractors who have been hired to do the work. However, due in part to the condition you experienced, the administration has introduced strict rules for work of this kind in the future and we will abide by them.
I must say that I was a bit surprised that after staying in my apartment for more than 2 weeks, you only then determined that you were unhappy and wanted to vacate. The last thing I would expect or would want is for someone to spend that much time in a place they did not enjoy or find acceptable. Guests would be better served when they communicate clearly with us about their needs or when small problems arrive. We have only that to rely upon, short of trying to visit with each guest daily and ask them directly. My husband, caretaker and cleaner are on the property daily, but refrain from descending upon each guest unless they realize a problem exists.
We are sorry that there were some misunderstandings during your stay and regret that any opportunities to make things better for you eluded us. I hope your experience with us didn't alter your view of how lovely it is in Tenerife.
