About the home

Master bedroom ; double size bed, fitted wardrobe, modern good quality furniture, flat screen TV, full length mirror, air conditioning if required (coin operated), hairdryer, clock radio, sliding doors leading onto balcony from this bedroom.
En suite bathroom ; (completely modernised for 2009) with walk in shower, toilet, wash hand basin, bidet, heated towel rail.

Second bedroom ; 2 single beds. fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, clock radio, full length mirror,and air conditioning if required.
Full bathroom ; (completely modernised for 2009) with bath, shower, toilet ,wash hand basin, heated towel rail.

Kitchen: (completely modernised for 2009) with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all utensils etc. Breakfast bar and high stools. Automatic washing machine located nearby in annex in hallway.
Smoke detector, fire blanket & fire extinguisher fitted.

Living Room: Large lounge/ breakfast area ,2 leather sofas, display unit , side tables, book shelves, soft lighting,, 32" flat screen TV - sattelite channels available ; BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV, CH 4, CH5, Sky News, Sky Sports 1, Eurosport, ITV 2 +1, Discovery Channel & Zone Romantica ( other language channels available) ,DVD player , CD player ,radio, fan, safe provided for guest use, wifi available, french doors leading onto balcony.

Balcony; Large patio dining table with 4 chairs and parasol, 4 sunbeds, large gas barbeque, also small table & 2 chairs, large retractable sun awning for private dining.

Linen and towels provided and changed weekly. Clothes airer outside.
Fly screens fitted throughout.
Air conditioning is available if required in the bedrooms, this is activated by a coin operated meter at the rate of 1 euro for 4 hours ( this will activate the units in both bedrooms).

A beautiful and airy apartment with a balcony with the wow factor, boasting unobstructed panoramic views of both the ocean and neighbouring islands, and looking in the other direction, the volcanic mountains surrounding (& including) Mount Teide, the largest mountain on Spanish territory & 3rd largest volcano in the world, not many properties have such views!
A selection of books, games and DVDs are available in the apartment for guests to enjoy.
Perfectly positioned to enjoy a relaxing holiday and still close enough to avail of everything Playa de las Americas & Costa Adeje has to offer.

Sorry no pets. No smoking. Not suitable for people in wheelchairs as there are a number of steps within the complex.
This is a quiet peaceful complex so we do not accept "18 to 30" groups.

Conditions

At the time of booking a £100 ( per week) reservation deposit is payable.
A security bond of £100 will be added onto the remainder of the rental fee which is payable 8 weeks before travel. This £100 security bond will be totally refunded when keys are returned providing that the apartment is left clean & tidy and there are no breakages or damages.
PLEASE NOTE; If the gas barbeque is used it must be left clean or a cleaning fee of £20 will be deducted from the security bond.

The Tenerife region

Lovely weather throughout the year.
Activities include fishing,dolphin & whale watching, paragliding, tennis, trekking, cycling diving, sight seeing (lots of organised tours available) and all the usual beach activities.
Great golf courses within easy reach.
Shopping and lots of restaurants to suit every budget.
Mount Teide and the surrounding counrtyside are lovely place's to visit. The numerous little villages are a delight and the local people very friendly.
Many local festivals take place throughout the year, and in late January the capital Santa Cruz ( 45 minutes by car) hosts the second largest carnival in the world.

The Playa de Las Americas / Adeje, Tenerife area

The Costa Adeje area of Playa de las Americas close to where the apartment is situated is home to lots of upmarket 4 & 5 star hotels and new shopping malls, the coastal walks from here right round to La Caleta are stunning.
From our balcony you can see the house on the coastal headland that according to local legend, Richard Burton built for Elizabeth Taylor (we are told this is how Playa de las Americas got it's name, but this could be an urban myth!)
Puerto de Colon Harbour and the neighbouring beaches are all within easy walking distance (15 minutes).
There are an abundance of shops, supermakets, cafe's, and good restaurants at varying prices .
Dolphin, & whale watching. fishing, tennis, diving and a lovely aqua park within 5 minutes walk. The fabulous new Siam Park is about 20 mins walk from our apartment. The main Bus terminal with buses to all parts of the island is a 15 minute walk.
Ferries to La Gomera and La Palma depart from the harbour at Los Christianos.
Numerous tours and excursions can be booked from the local tour offices.

“Fantastic apartment with a brilliant view” This apartment is just superb. Everything about it is fantastic and you really need to force yourself to go out. It has all the facilities you require and more. The balcony is wonderful and is perfect for enjoying the stunning views.

“Absolutely Brilliant Holiday, will definately be back!!!” Just home from a weeks stay at this apartment, couldnt have been better, everything you would expect and much more from a holiday rental. were missing it already, pools are clean and very peaceful. Apartment was perfect, really felt like home. All the little extras added to a perfect stay. The views from the balcony were the best weve ever had from any accomodation, watching the sun set each night before heading out to the town. Taxis are easily available, although the town is only a short walk away. Cant wait to return. The owners are very helpful. Couldnt ask for anymore from a holiday. :-)
