This spacious apartment enjoys a superb location on a quiet corner of Lanzarote block and is no more than ten paces from the heated pool. The large tiled patio area is private and secure with sunshine from mid-morning through to sunset.
You will have the choice as to whether you relax on your own private patio, or enjoy the friendly atmosphere at poolside. There is patio furniture for private use.

The accommodation we offer is of the highest standard. The apartment is ideal for couples, children are welcome but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate four adults.
The living room area is light, airy and benefits from modern soft furnishings, including, a double bed settee, with an easy open and fold away mechanism, which will sleep two additional guests in comfort. Satellite TV, with UK sports/news channels and a DVD player. Ceiling fan to ventilate.
Sometimes a quiet night in is called for, in which case, our fully modernised kitchen should do the trick. There is a four plate electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer box, toaster and microwave. We have ensured that there is a full compliment of kitchen equipment at your disposal and ample larder units for storage.
This spacious bedroom consists of two comfortable single beds, two built-in double wardrobes and ample drawer space. The third built-in double wardrobe is located in the hallway. Patio doors lead out onto the large sun terrace and patio area. Ceiling fan to ventilate.
The shower-room is fresh and modern, with handbasin & w.c., bidet, shower, with instant hot water. Electric fan to ventilate.

The most popular of all the Parque Santiago complexes, Parque Santiago III is ideal for families. Located adjacent to the beach, with beautiful tropical gardens, a superb lagoon shaped pool, with smaller heated pool, children's mini water park, sun terraces. Also available, free access to gym, restaurants, shopping centre, internet and Wifi access. There is a launderette situated within the shopping centre.

Conditions
Booking deposit (25%) is payable by cheque or bank draft (PayPal facility is also available. Booking surcharge of 3% applies) within seven days of reserving the accommodation. The balance is due by cheque or bank draft ten weeks prior to the departure date. Should the booking be less than ten weeks to departure date, then the full booking amount is due within seven days of reserving the accommodation.
Christmas and New Year weeks must be booked jointly
Please note that we are unable to return deposits and clients should ensure they have adequate holiday insurance to cover any eventuality.
Clients are also advised to check flight availability before booking accommodation.

There is plenty to do in Tenerife in any season, as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year, due to the sunny climate and pleasant temperatures.
Sport facilities close by Parque Santiago III include, fishing, scuba diving, whale and dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, water-skiing, windsurfing, paragliding, golfing and tennis. The aquapark and adventure parks are within easy reach.
Los Cristianos is a popular fishing port which has good shopping, restaurants and a popular weekly Sunday market.
Frequent ferries will take you to the neighbouring island of La Gomera where tropical rain forests grow in abundance.
The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 3 area
Parque Santiago III is one of the most sought after holiday destinations on the island of Tenerife.
This beautiful Canarian style complex, enjoys the perfect location on the "Golden Corner", mid-way between the lively resort of Playa de Las Americas and the attractive fishing village of Los Cristianos.
Both resorts are within easy reach, just a ten minute stroll along the sea front promenade. You can stop at one of the many bars and restaurants that line the way, or just sit under a palm tree and enjoy the sunshine.

This apartment is in a good position within walking distance for all that Las Americas has to offer. The kitchen is modern and well equipped,lounge area has a comfortable sofa and armchair and overall appears to be more modern than some other apartments on the complex. The downside is that it is in Lanzarote block which in January only gets sun on part of the patio for a relatively short time and no sun into the apartment itself so in the evenings it can be rather cold. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and drawer space but the beds are uncomfortable as the springs can easily be felt through the mattresses and could do with renewing. |

We returned last week from a family holiday to Parque Santiago 3. We rented an apartment direct through Holiday Lettings called Casa Mojo. The apartment was perfect. Great location, quiet, well equiped and very clean. We were a group of 15 from age 4 - 65 and no-one had any complaints. The water park is fantastic for the kids and the facilities and cleanliness of the complex were very good. We are already planning our return next year and are hoping to stay in the same apartment. I would recommend Parque Santiago to all groups, families and couples as a fantastic central location for a holiday in Tenerife. |
