About the home

The two apartments are both situated next to the pool area and are facing each other. There is a pool bar for snacks and drinks, which are brought to you if you request. Bar closes 12 midnight.

Mare Verde in Sunny South Tenerife. It is a large complex located in the exclusive area of Torviscas in South Tenerife. Situated just a 10 minutes walk from the Torviscas Playa beach and market, and is only 5 minutes from the Aqua Park is only a 10 minute walk to the new Siam Park. And is only 15/20 minute taxi ride from the airport.

Next to the complex is a shopping moll, its got nearly everything, Multi Cinema, supermarket Bank, pizza, McDonald, even a Mexican bar, many more cafes, bars, women clothes shops, kids toy and clothes shops, even a pick & mix sweet shop, its on three floors, with over 50 units, very upmarket, even clothes are more the designer type, moving escalators, lifts, even an underground car park.

Its only a 5 minute walk past our complex, be sure to go and visit. The new Siam water Park just 10 minutes away..... free WIFI available

On site entertainment. There are six large pools and a children's pool. The Oasis and pool bars will keep you supplied with drinks and snacks, The famous family show bar is at the top end of the complex and is open till late, Often with live entertainment and yes, its also a KARAOKE bar and even as English TV showing English soaps etc, there is an English bar across the road, “The Pub” showing all football etc, even sells English beer’s etc, you have your own sunbeds, so no need to get up early on your holidays. There is an on site supermarket and a laundrette, with many more shops, bars and restaurants in the local vicinity.
The night life of veronicas is a 10 minute taxi drive away, which makes this an ideal complex for all the family. Security guards are on patrol every night WE NOW OFFER FREE WIRELESS INTERNET SO BRING YOUR LAPTOPS

Aqua park and the new sky park are within walking distance, the complex is only a ten minute walk away from the beach, loads of water sports on the beach, fishing trips,golf, and such as the famous laura park is just a coach trip away, jeep safari's or hire a car, cycle, even a motor scooter, there are to many activities to list.
Being part of Spain, all Fiestas etc are truly celibrated in this area, with local village and beech parties..
What ever type of holiday activity you require, your sure to find it here, it caters for young and old....

Mare Verde Torviscas is a large family complex situated just twenty minutes taxi ride from the airport. Average cost €20 . we can meet you at the taxi rank just outside the complex and take you directly to your apartment

“Family Holiday” We booked the 2 apartments and were not disappointed. Kevin, the property owner, met us as soon as we arrived and showed us around the 2 apartments we had booked. They were clean, fully furnished and modern. They had everything we required and were like a home from home, only with better weather and a pool right outside the door. There was also bottled water, tea, coffee and sugar waiting for us saving us going shopping. We were also provided with towels and linen with fresh given every week. The complex is going over a whole refurbishment and it looks wonderful. Our stay was not disturbed by the work at all. As I said the work is ongoing but you can see the transformation and the distinct changes are all for the better. Outside our apartment was the pool bar which provided chilled drinks and wonderful food which they would deliver right to your apartment should you require it. Prices were reasonable and food always good. This was a great thing as we spent our time chilling by the pool and didn't have to be stuck indoors making snacks etc. The complex is secure with locked gates at night and all windows and doors of the apartments have barriers covering them which can be opened wide or locked. There is also an onsite security guard who patrols the the complex. There was very little noise disturbance and everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend these apartments. We had a wonderful 2 weeks and would not hesitate to return again as not only was the accommodation fantastic the area was also stunning.
