This fantastic frontline villa, now fully air conditioned, has been fully refurbished to exacting standards with marble flooring throughout. There are views across the marina and harbour of Puerto Colon towards La Gomera as well as panoramic views across the bay of Las Americas towards the adjoining resort of Los Cristianos.
The villa borders on the Geranium Walkway, which leads on the right to La Pinta (Bobo Beach) onto Playa Del Duque and La Caleta, or on the left to the centre of Las Americas and onto the neighbouring Resort of Los Cristianos.
The Villa is in an exclusive development offering 3 swimming pools (one heated) and pool bar. The beach is a few minutes walk from the villa as are the many clubs, bars and restaurants of Las Americas.
The Villa, has accommodation over two levels :
The Lower level: has two Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and full length mirrors (Master bedroom has a king sized bed, second Bedroom - twin beds), Bathroom (WC,Jacuzzi Shower, bidet and wash-hand basin) and Utility room (washing machine and sink). There is a private garden to the front and side of the property (accessible from the downstairs terrace and via an external stairway from the upper balcony) which offers sunny and shaded areas.
The Upper level: has a large Lounge with Dining area (table for 6), kitchen(cutlery/glassware supplied), guest Bathroom (WC, shower and wash hand basin), Bedroom (double sofa bed, wardrobe with full length mirrors).

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands just off of the African coast. It enjoys all year round good weather.
It is home to the largest mountain in Spain (Mount Teide).
Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio Puerto Colon area
There are many trips and sight seeing tours available throughout the island. Fishing trips and watersports are close to hand. Five Golf Courses are available around the resort and are just a short taxi ride away. There is a Waterpark in the resort which is a short walk or taxi ride away.
The Villa borders on the Geranium Walkway - a lovely sea front walk which leads (right) to the Marina, Bobo Beach (5 mins walk) and onto Playa Del Duque or (left) to the Centre of Las Americas and onto the neighbouring resort of Los Cristianos.
There are numerous bars and restaurants to choose from, many a few minutes walk away. The Villa is in a private complex and the choice is there on whether to have a lively or quiet relaxing holiday, it overlooks the Marina where fishing trips are available or trips to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat.

We had a great time in Tenerife and the Villa was fantastic. It was everything I thought it would be from the way it was described in the website and from photos. We had no complaints at all.
The Villa was spotless and the whole complex was very well kept with a lovely pool. I have and will be recommending your Villa to everyone and would stay there again if I return to Tenerife.
The accommodation was first class, location excellent, dining (and your suggestions) great - in short; we had a really good holiday and will be in touch for next year.
