top class apartment on brilliant complex,will definatly use this appartment again if its available hopefully next march

My husband and i stayed here for 1 week at the begining of october.The apartments are very central for all sides of las Americas.The weather was beautiful and are hoping to go same time next year and wll try to get same apartment

Well worth the money ideal location lovely apartment with everything you need including iron hair dryer tv and a safe would defiantly recommend to friends and family and will be booking again in the future

The process from booking the aparment with the owner was straight forward. Infact, it felt too easy (as we're not used to this) and was wary about transferring monies to someone we didn't know! As a piece of mind, the owner kept us informed with emails and receipts as confirmation.

Once we settled the final balance, a map was emailed to us with directions to the apartment. These were very useful.

The key was kept in a mastersafe, which not doing this before was a slight worry. We was worried that we'd turn up and not be able to get in. However, this was staright forward as everything was explained in the email.

We walked into the apartment and first impressions were great! It was very clean and tidy. It appeared to have been decorated recenly, which made the apartment feel very comfortable during our stay. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was one of the best that we've had in the Parque Santiago apartments. There was a large terrace with a table and chairs, along with 2 sun loungers and a canopy for shelter against the sun. The terrace was overlooking the kids pool which wasn't too noisey. The apartment was kitted out with the main things for our stay. Key things of interest were a safety deposit box, widescreen TV with english, spanish and dutch channels, fridge, kettle and toaster. Wi-Fi was also available throughout the complex at a cost of €25 per week or €40 for 2 weeks. It was free in the reception area. The Wi-Fi around the complex was really slow and wish we had not wasted our money on it. Finally, a gym was available for use at both Parque Santiago 3 & 4 complexes.

The poolside bars had a nice atmosphere and a long happy hour between 5pm until 9pm. This was 2 for the price of 1. Prices were reasonable outside this for both food and drinks.

Location of the apartment was great. The last time we visted Tenerife was in 2001 and since then, things have really developed in this particular area. Opposite our complex Parque Santiago 5 had been built and consists of a shopping centre with lots of stylish bars/restaurants and designer shops at reasonable prices. You will also find a supermarket there which isn't too over priced either. Situated behind the shopping centre is a strip of British bars with live music and entertainment in the evenings. Parque Santiago 3 is also situated in a good spot for walking through to Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Taxi fares to and from the complex were appoximately €25 each way.

Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this apartment/complex and the process from booking it, through to leaving for the UK was very straight forward.

We would highly recommend this apartment, especially to any couples.
