About the home

SPACIOUS 1 BEDROOMED DUPLEX in superb location.
PARQUE SANTIAGO II is an impeccably maintained complex, peacefully located yet close to all amenities.
The complex itself is very clean with well kept gardens with a large saltwater pool (heated in winter).
There is a poolside cafe serving hot and cold meals with a licensed bar from morning until night.
It is surrounded by pedestrian walkways lined with palm trees and is situated on the seafront promenade centrally between Las Americas and Los Cristianos.
There are money exchange and excursions on offer in reception to loro parque, mount teide, 2 waterparks (siam park and Aqualand) , horseriding etc..
For the golf lovers there is Adeje Golf, Amarilla, and Golf del Sur within a 15 min taxi ride.

The apartment has been refurbished with new furniture in both the lounge and the balcony.
Ideal for families and couples.
A spacious balcony offers fantastic views of the pool and the sea.
The bedroom has just been refurbished and is fitted with a ceiling fan and a safe at no extra cost.

The bedroom is located upstairs and has 2 single beds, ceiling fan and a walk-in wardrobe.
A fitted modern kitchen with oven and 4 ring hob as well as a microwave oven and a fridge.
There is an open plan dining/lounge area with new modern furnishings including a double sofa bed and a flat screen TV on the wall, which has around 45 programs available including Sky sports, BBC & ITV. Wi Fi available.
Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto the furnished balcony.

Further details outdoors:
A short 5 min walk will take you to the Safari shopping centre with its fountains that dance to classical music in the evenings.
There are various designer shops such as Gucci, Nike and Mango etc.
There is also a good selection of quality restaurants including Chinese,Teppanyaki, Indian and Tony Romas-famous for his ribs.

Not suitable for 18-30 type holiday, as inappropriate behaviour is unacceptable and security has the authority to evict badly behaved guests.
No pets allowed.
Smoking only allowed on the balcony.

Conditions

1) Reservation 50% of total booking cost to secure apartment payable within 7 days.
2) Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure date
3) Change over day is flexible
4) Access to the apartment is 1500 hrs but bags can be dropped off.
5) On day of departure you must vacate by 10.00am unless we do not have a follow on booking.

The Tenerife region

Situated in the Atlantic off the coast of North Africa, Tenerife enjoys an all year round temperate climate and stunning geographical features. In the north of the island you will find lush green slopes with alpine forest at a high level moving down through changing landscapes to tropical banana plantations. In the centre there is the islands crowning glory Pico del Tiede a volcanic crater standing at 3,718m above sea level.
In the south of the island you will find a normally drier climate and the islands main tourist resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Christianos.

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 2 area

Situated in the south of the island of Tenerife, Playa de las Americas offers something for everyone .
You can choose anything between relaxing on the beach and chilled out evenings to action packed holidays with a host of activties to choose from.
For those who like golf you play locally in Las Americas or within a 15 minute drive you can try the courses at Adeje golf, Amarilla golf or Golf del Sur.
Those of you who like water sports you can Ski, windsurf, jet ski, scuba dive and much more, if you think of it they probably do it .
If shoppings your bag make it a big one, there are more shops than I could count from cheap and cheerful shops to classy designer outlets.
DAYS OUT
Aquapark is a good value day out, watch out for the free bus
Coach tours- Tiede Island tour and many others.
Remember you get what you pay for,if its cheap it will probably include a time share presentation or something similar.
Express bus service to Santa Cruz
Boat trips include Whales and Dolphins and trips to Gomera and many more.

Fly to Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia Airport - Parque Santiago II is approx 15 km from the airport about 20 mins by taxi, cost around 25 euro, there are always plenty of taxis available at the airport.
Scheduled flights available from Monarch, Jet2.com, Excel and many others depending on departure airport.
Car hire available from the airport and many outlets in close proximity to the Parque Santiago II.

“Nice views, average accommodation, let down by restaurant smells.” Nice views from balcony over both pool and sea with lovely sunsets. Accommodation is spacious for 2 people but could be difficult for more due to bedroom and bathroom on mezzaine floor. Our biggest problem was the smell from the adjacent restaurant, their chimney vents right outside the front door of the property. Every morning and evening there was a smell of old cooking oil that spread over onto the balcony, this was most unpleasant.
