This beautiful totally newly refurbished partial sea front ground floor property is in a prime location literally 10 meters from the sea front side of the popular Parque Santiago complex. It occupies the best position being only 10 metres to the main beach walkway. The whole property has been completely modernised, decorated and furnished to the highest standard. (December 2010)
The accommodation is all on one floor with the kitchen and 2 of the 3 bedrooms being slightly raised up 2 steps. The living area is a large open plan lounge which has patio doors leading to a huge terrace (perfect for sunbathing and BBQ's) with a great garden and with a private gate which leads you to the beach walkway.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with 2 of them being en suite. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all your home comforts. Satellite TV is available which gives you all the main English stations, some sport channels and some German and Spanish channels.

This apartment is without doubt one of the best available for rent here in Tenerife due to the fact it boasts just a 10 metre walk to the sea front and beach. As of 2011 it is one of the most upmarket and most clean and modern properties available. The area also has several wifi points which can be picked up from the apartment and terrace. It is a perfect location to stay in total luxury during your time here in Tenerife.
The owner requests that you fill in a booking request form with all your details. As a general rule we do not rent out to single sex groups or groups under 25. Each application will be viewed individually.

The apartment has 2 entrances. The front door which leads to the private complex of Parque Santiago where the swimming pool is, 1 minute short walk from the apartment.
The sea facing french windows open on to a huge terrace and faces the lush walkway with the seafront and beach being only 10 metres from the terrace.
The terrace is fully furnished and is perfect for el fresco dining. The terrace is south facing so you get the sun all day. Sea view is partial.

The area is located on the actual walkway of the beach front in Playa De Las Americas. Tenerife is a sub tropical climate that offers sunshine 12 months of the year. The upmarket beach front promenade is a few steps away from the apartments private terrace which will lead you to a short walk to Los Cristianos or the upmarket area of Safari Centre and Harry's Bar.

The area of the Parque Santiago villas and apartments are the most sought after in Tenerife. The location is perfect as you don´t need a taxi and you can walk to the golf course, walk to the water park or jump on the free bus. The villa style apartment is in a totally quiet spot but has the luxury of literally being on the doorstep of an abundance of restaurants and bars.

Thanks for the comments and I´m writing this for the benefit of other people who read this due to the negative impact this review has caused me. As the owner of the property I would like to say that the Belgian Restaurant had a private party that week as their whole family where over and it was them who were singing. This restaurant does not have a license for music and all tv´s must be off by midnight. It is a quiet restaurant that causes us no problems and they are actually very very helpful to our guests as they are the only restaurant on our walkway and owned by a lovely couple. It was a weekly family celebration and that happens sometimes in life. Our property is on a walkway where 70% of our neighbours are retired residents and they need to use the walkway to get to their own properties, there is nothing else on this walkway apart from properties and one restaurant. This property is part of a complex and is not a self standing villa, you have neighbours. From writing this I would also like to say that we have family there just now staying, yesterday only 38 people actually used the walkway in a 6 hour period, we counted just to see. The smell that week was caused by a new restaurant getting built on the sea front (500 ft) away from us, but they were cleaning the drains and it was a one of thing that happens when things get built. Also to stand at the property patio doors or the outside dining area the walkway is actually 50 ft away from you, behind a wall and some trees. It is impossible to have a property in Tenerife that has neighbours and 150 ft from the sea front and expect nobody to walk by and look at the most beautiful property on that walkway, with it´s garden of artificial grass, beautiful decking, outside dining area, bbq and old street light style lamp. It´s natural. However the people in question who came looking to rent the property were sent looking for me, but I was in my other smaller property on the complex. I am not going to extend the wall higher, as then you would have no sea view.We have 8 months of the year filled with returning guests.
