This stunning front line complex is where you will find this second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. with stunning ocean and pool views this is an excellent base for those wanting a holiday home with everything on your doorstep.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and a sunny terrace. The complex is one of the best self catering apartment complexes on the south coast of Tenerife.

“Great place to stay with children” My wife and kids have just returned after a brilliant week in Parque Santiago 4. We booked our transfer with the apartment and was met by a lovely lady who took us out to the mini bus. We were quite relieved we had booked it as there was a long taxi queue! On arriving at Parque Santiago 4 we followed our instructions and found the apartment easily and the keys were waiting for us. The view was lovely looking out to sea nice to sit and watch people walking on the prom at night. The apartment was comfortable and clean. We were also allowed to use the childrens slide pool next door in Paque Santiago 3 and the kids had a ball. Lovely restaurants close by, we can stongly recommend you try Biancos and watch the jumping fountains, So much to do and see we are rebooking now for October half term.

“disgusted with the treatment received” we had stayed in this apartment on numerous occasions previously, although it is a little tired, the location was ideal for us. therefore we booked again with confidence? however on arrival late sunday we got all our luggage to the apartment , only to find the key arrangements had been changed without informing us!!!( i am 70 years of age)imagine our shock at not being able to get in, so i tried the management!! tel no, sorry closed at weekends office hours mon--fri.we tried to book a nights accommodation @ the complex via the reception, no vacancies here or any parque santiago complex. we then tried a number of hotels to no avail, by this stage my wife was panicking with the thought of sleeping in the car!! we then tried the med palace couldnt have been more helpful with accomodation, to cut a long story short after contacting mark on monday he gave us the code number for access to the apartment, i asked for the hotel cost for one to be reimbursed to which he agreed. he never made good his promise and totaly igmored my emails in the end , i finished by saying how would you feel if your parents/grandparents were treated this way. just booking parque santiago again, but not here!!! beware Response: There appears to be some confusion on the guests part. ALL GUESTS are given a 24 HOUR contact number which is a management team BASED IN TENERIFE. If the guest incorrectly attempted to call our UK office then they would have received a closed messageout of office hours as they are CLEARLY asked to take their booking confirmation with them with the resort 24 HOUR contact number. Unfortunately on occassionsfor security reasons key arrangements have to change at short notice. We do always attempt to contact the guest, however some guests do not furnish us with telephone numbers and if they do not open their email they can arrive oblivious. Unfortunately repeat visitors tend to assume everything always stays the same! Holiday Lettings have posted the review without confirming it was indeed booked through us or asked whos error it was.
