Stunning sea and pool views with all day sun, the terrace also has a sun awning for when you need to cool down, ceiling fans above your beds and in the lounge area keep the studio cool in summer.

“Alovely apartment in a prime position” Paid our third visit to the apartment in late April/early May. It is very well equipped, in a prime position with pool and sea views and totally fulfilled our expectations. We will return.

“Best studio apartment at Parque 4, view fantastic” Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this studio apartment, which was beautifully laid out, spotless linen & towels, plenty personal wee touches such as welcome bottle of water in fridge on arrival. View is as in the advert, able to watch surfers from balcony etc, would definitely rent this apartment again, owner was so helpful during booking & even met her for few minutes on arrival, lovely lady.

“Unforgetable” Having just read the other 2 reveiws i had to write in, there would be no room on the terrace for sunbeds table and the 2 comfortable chairs that are there now,There are pleny of sunbeds at the pool any time of the day.I noticed a new bathroom had been fitted since my last trip in may and would recommend this studio to anybody my parents and brother use it quite often.

“Wonderful situation overlooking the pool and sea” We booked this apartment having viewed the photographs on the Holiday Lettings website and are not disappointed. If you have been to Tenerife previously and just want to chill out this is the apartment for you. The other reviewer recommended loungers on the patio and these would make the apartment complete in our view. Like many holiday rentals some things are looking a little tired, but please do not let that bother you, you are not in the room long enough to worry. The apartment is ideally situated with wonderful views across the swimming pool and out to sea, thoroughly recommended.

“very enjoyable” apartment lovely,although smaller than we normally stay in but the view was to die for, spent more time on the patio than I ever have whilst holidaying in Tenerife, the onlly downside was that there was no lounger on the patio
