One bedroom apartment – sleeps 4 (self catering) Best view in Tenerife located in the centre of Las Americas, apartment new and modernised and in very good condition with beautiful sea view, 2 lifts, double communal heated pool,and children's pool, double balcony/terrace, fully furnished, TV stereo etc. Superb sea views,frontline Apt. built on the ocean seafront. Down in the lift on to the sea front, along to the main beach of Playa de las Americas. A wide variety of bars, gift shops and restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity of this property. Laundry on site, plus the big Mercadona Supermarket across the road.

The Tenerife region

Hot and sunny all year round lots to do and lots of places to visit Tenerife is situated in the western part of the Canary Islands archipelago, just under 500km north of the Tropic of Cancer and about 300 km from the coast of the Western Sahara, in Africa. There are 650,000 people living in Tenerife.

Tenerife can be visited just about any time of year because of its spring-like climate in the south of the Island. The south of Tenerife remain practically rain-free all year round, though the weather in winter can be a bit cloudy., but still hot,with the sun coming in and out all day. Rain can come between November and February,but unlike England just a shower and the hot sun dries it up in no time. The north of Tenerife is much cooler and more moist and greener.

Spanish is the language of the Canary Islands. English is also widly spoken.
Tenerife is like two places in one. In the south of the Island you can find hotels and resorts, that can be visited by milions of tourists. On the other hand in the north you can find authentic working towns and villages. You can be amazed by beautiful volcanic land in Tenerife, spend days in the sun and nights on the town.
If there’s one thing about Tenerife it’s that you can’t run out of things to do. Being the largest of the Canary Islands, stretching at a handsome 84km long it offers endless amounts of excursions and trips in Tenerife.

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio area

Excursions and tour companies operate all over the island and offer competitive prices for trips in Tenerife and excursions in Tenerife. There’s an exciting array of family entertainment and excursions. A vast amount of these are ideal for families with children of all ages. You can do anything from a basic independent walking tour to extensive day trips packed with sight seeing and adventures on land and off. A lot of trips in Tenerife and excursions provide transport; however should they not then you can travel by hire car, use the coach or catch the local bus.The bus stop for all the trips is conveniently right outside the Villamar.
Mount Teide, Jungle park, aqua park, all water sports, go-karting, clubs, pubs, beaches, shops, bars and local markets 3 days a week., Marina offering various trips and boat hire.Also now there is the newly opened Siam Park which even has its own beach amongst all the fantastic attractions.

Monach airlines, Thompson, Thomas cook and many other charter flights go to Tenerife South Airport.
Outside there are plenty of Taxis on the rank to take you to the Villamar. The fare is 25 Euros. The journey there is about 15 - 20 minutes.

“First class” Just got back from the villamar had a great holiday apartment was Excellent we had a fantastic view from the balcony watching the sun go down also a nice quiet pool area only complaint is we only had two weeks

“Excellent located appartment with great views.” Located within easy reach of good restaurants,bars, beaches and shopping. This front line appartment has good sized balcony which allows both outside dining and sunbathing making the most of the excellent views. Pool area has recently been completly renewed with sunloungers provided and good space for sunbathing. Infants pool also available. Although the appartment is on the 8th floor there is a good lift service and you are never waiting very long. The appartment has satellite tv, dvd and cd player, whilst the kitchen is adequate it could do with updating and although it has hobs, microwave, fridge and freezer it would benefit with addition of conventional oven. We have been to this appartment several times and have never been dissappointed.

“Blissful views, lovely apartment and close to all amenities” A nicely decorated apartment with a fabulous sea view, sound of the waves breaking on the cliffs and a quiet swimming pool below. You're on the 8th floor so the sea breeze and views over all of the coast are stunning. Perfect for my morning meditations!
