The Apartment is situated in the Santa Maria block on the first floor facing the gymnasium and pool area. It has a double terrace ideal for sunbating. Inside there is an equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with twin beds and spacious lounge. The apartment is ideal for couples and small families.

A delightful and spacious apartment on a popular complex with a quiet outlook. A good double terrace ensures plenty of sun with table and chairs for outside dining and 2 sunbeds. Great for families.

Centrally located you have everything you need within 5 minutes. The beach is 200m away, reach by the promenade walkway infront of Parque Santiago 3. There is a shopping centre with an abundance of shops and restaurants for you to choose from situated in the centre attached to Parque Santiago 3. With 2 main pools, one heated during the winter and a childrens slide and pool area you couldnt wish for anymore from a holiday complex.

A non refundable deposit is required to secure the apartment of £100 per week.
The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival, which is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged.

"what an amazing holiday we have had, the kids loved the pool and slides and it was a bonus the sunbeds were included. Minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
