A well furnished apartment offering comfortable accommodation in a duplex style apartment. the lower level has a lounge diner, fitted kitchen and terrace. The upper level has 1 bedroom and a bathroom.
This lovely duplex apartment comes with one and a half bedrooms and sleep 4 people comfortably. The well equipped kitchen has all the facilities you will need for a self catering holiday. As this is is a duplex apartment it is not best suited to guests with walking disabilities due to stairs. it is situated in a quiet part of the complex. For families or groups wanting more than one apartment we have others available on the same complex.

The complex itself has a communal pool area heated in winter with sunbeds(small charge payable locally) and a bar serving snacks. it is a well kept and safe complex situated in the heart of this vibrant holiday resort yet peacefull and quiet set back from the promenade walkway.

From blue flag beaches, to 2 water parks the newest of which is Siam Park the largest in Europe! along with 5 golf courses with 20 minutes drive Tenerife has something for everyone.

This property is ideally situated in the heart of Playa Las Americas with shops, restaurants, beach and much more on the doorstep.
The apartment itself was perfect for us and had everything that we needed for our stay. We had an amazing holiday and the apartment was home from home.
The arrangements for picking up the keys was smooth and made the holiday start and finish in the ideal way.
I would definately recommend to a friend and would certainly consider returning to this apartment if ever back in Tenerife.
