1 bedroom apartment is totally refurbished.kitchen has ceramic hob, fridge, microwave.bathroom bath/shower vanity unit. Bedroom has 2 single beds, mirrored wardrobes.terrace views to la gomera,sun from late morning till it goes down over la gomera in the evening

Lounge with patiodoors leading to the terrace both have stunning sea views towards the island of La Gomera.
Large plasma tv for the evening you want to stay at home watching the sun set over La Gomera enjoying a bottle of wine before settleing to watch your favourite programmes, both BBC and ITV as well as sports channels.
We welcome smokers but please note smoking is only allowed on the terrace for health reasons.
The bathroom has a shower column attachment over the bath which has a multifunction to turn it into overhead shower or pulsing from the wall to ease sore backs.
A security safe is fitted into the wardrobe of your bedroom to keep all your items safe.to keep your case's lighter we will provide beach towels as well as all the normal linen and towels.A welcome pack will await you on arrival.

Stunning panoramic sea views from the lounge and terrace of the apartment.The terrace comes complete with a marble top table, wooden seats with comfortable cushions and 2 loungers,it also has a full sun awning which will cover the terrace on really hot days.
Closeby is the beach with all types of water sports and golf in only 10 minutes away.
Shopping is also only minutes away either food or clothing etc.
The main bus station which covers all the island is a 5 minute stroll,or the bus to los cristianos or adeje is only on the road outside Villamar.
Hoping you will not need them but there is a dentist and a hospital within a couple of minutes walk.

“great location” my husband and i stayed at the villa ma in september, and i must say it was lovely. the view was great right by the sea, and prominard. down side no air con or fans, as it was really hot this september hotter than normal, but had lovely time nevertheless. will def go again. thanks ka for everything just wish there were fans there thanks again. deb Response: Fans have now been added at villamar due to hotter than normal weather this year

“Very comfortable apartment with wonderful views.” The views are amazing from this first-floor apartment , but there is very little noise from the many people passing by , and the complex is quiet too. The kitchen area is small but the necessary equipment is all there, for anyone who needs to cook on their holiday .For those like us who eat out for most meals after breakfast , we found many restaurants and snack-bars with multi-cholce menus at very reasonable prices. The lounge is furnished to a high standard,very comfortable ,with many english channels on the large T.V. A local shop under the apartment sells english newspapers and bottled water for tea- making , and a large supermarket is a 5 minute walk away .A wonderful holiday destination.

“Wonderful, compact” We stayed for two weeks June 2012. I booked this apartment based on the photos and was not disappointed. The whole apartment was spacious enough for the two of us, well set out and had everything you required and the view from the balcony was fabulous. The bedroom was at the rear, which made it cooler. Despite the recent review we've rebooked for two weeks next year - do not let this review put you off as.... any opportunist anywhere in the world would try their luck if they see a patio door left wide open in the night! This was the first time I had been to Tenerife/Costa Adeje and cannot say enough about the location of the flat...far enough away from the hustle & bustle but a short walk if you wished it. It was well looked after in terms of security with door entry system from the walkway and gated at the main entrance. I would also add that our flight was delayed 4 hours and we didn't arrive until 4.30 am and Karen and her assistant were there to greet us and do a walk round of the apartment - great service.

“Great view but lock your doors” Lovely apartment with great view. If booking in the summer heat season there is 'no fans or aircon' so gets very warm at night. As we were on an elavated position ie 20/25 ft from.the seaview walkway below, we made the fateful decision to leave the patio door ajar to get the seabreeze at night. On day 7 of 10 of our stay, we were woke at 0530 by a thief in our bedroom (scarey) removing our valuables. When i spoke to the owner later, she informed us of no knowledge of any incidents in the apartments. When we spoke to our neighbours they informed us of 2 recent incidents with 2 weeks!!!!. Beware these individuals are everywhere not just here. As an EXpat owner i though i might have seen her in the following 3 horrenous days of our stay. Sorry karen only saying the truth. Response: Dear Stewart, i was so sorry to hear of your visitor and i did call down to the complex and speak to the community officer and report the incident.They will confirm this has never happened before in my apartment but it wasn't a forced enter as you had left the patio doors wide open all night If you were hot you only have to ask for fans, if you re-call when i met you and shown you in, i told you anything you need just call I agree with you just like at home, during the night lock your doors.
