The Tenerife region
The south of Tenerife offers all year round sunshine and temperatures during the winter months average 70 degrees making it extremely popular.
Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio area
Listed below are just some of the activities and attractions in the immediate area:-
Mount Teide (amazing volcanic mountain) Aqualand WaterPark Siam Park Waterpark Dolphin & Whale sightseeing trips Camel Park Karting track & Quad biking.
In addition to this there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep all offering a huge variation in entertainment and types of food. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the recently opened waterpark - Siam Park, is only a 10 minute walk. This is Europe's largest water theme park and well worth a visit.
The neighbouring areas of Torviscas and Fanabe are within walking distance and just further along is El Duque which has seen millions of euros worth of investment over recent times and is host to some of the most prestigious hotels, shops and bars on the island.
How to get there
A 10 minute cab ride from the airport (main airport on south side of the Island - Reina Sofia). Approx 25 euros in a cab or catch the aerobus direct (no. 111 - run every 30 mins) to the resort for 2.25 euros. Low cost airlines such as Jet2 and Monarch fly to Tenerife direct.

Further details indoors: The balcony provides a lovely area to watch the sun set every evening and the sea is clearly visible. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need including a microwave,hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer for your convenience.
There is a flat screen television in the apartment which picks up all of the english channels available courtesy of the satellite facility on the complex.
The refurbishment in October 09 includes everything right down to replastered walls, electrical rewiring, double glazed patio doors, new kitchen window with security grille and complete redecoration in a modern, contemporary style with matching furniture.
Low cost airlines such as Monarch and Jet2 now fly direct to Tenerife from most major UK airports.
Further details outdoors: There is a security box fitted to the outside of the apartment in which the keys can be placed. The code to this will be given to all guests and all we ask that they place the keys inside the box on departure ready for the next arrivals.
2 swimming pools are available. The one by the pool bar is heated and is the most popular. If you require a more quiet environment then another pool is available only a minutes walk from the pool bar but it is not heated.
There is a gym available and the pool bar enjoys the benefit of Sky TV and covers all of the football etc. There is also a pool table available and entertainment most nights. At peak times there are various organised children's activities and the complex has its own 24 hour security for peace of mind.
Further details
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Flight details to also be provided at this point. If booking made within 8 weeks of departure then full payment required along with the flight details in order to secure your booking.
Guests are respectfully asked not to smoke in the apartment but you are welcome to do so on the balcony.
