Only a 5 mins walk to beach, 10 min walk to marina. Strip of bars and restaurants 2 min walk away.
Apartment is a studio and sleeps 2 people very comfortably. It can accommodate 3 with a fold up bed provided. Fully refurbished with new bathroom, modern kitchen and main lounge/bedroom. Balcony with seaviews which attracts the sun for most of the day. Spotlessly clean. UK TV.
Close to all amenities, family bars, restaurants, waterpark etc.

The balcony provides a lovely area to watch the sun set every evening and the sea is clearly visible. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need including a microwave, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer for your convenience. All electrical appliances in the apartment are fitted with spanish plugs so no need for adaptors.
There is a flat screen television in the apartment which picks up all of the english channels available courtesy of the satellite facility on the complex.
The refurbishment in October 09 includes everything right down to replastered walls, electrical rewiring, double glazed patio doors, new kitchen window with security grille and complete redecoration in a modern, contemporary style with matching furniture. Brand new beds were added in May 2010.
Low cost airlines such as Monarch, Easyjet and Jet2 now fly direct to Tenerife from most major UK airports.

There is a security box fitted to the outside of the apartment in which the keys can be placed. The code to this will be given to all guests and all we ask that they place the keys inside the box on departure ready for the next arrivals. Please ensure the code is not showing when doing this.
Two swimming pools are available. The one by the pool bar is heated and is the most popular. If you require a more quiet environment then another pool is available only a minutes walk from the pool bar but it is not heated.
There is a gym available and the pool bar enjoys the benefit of Sky TV and covers all of the football etc. There is also a pool table available and entertainment most nights. At peak times there are various organised children's activities and the complex has its own 24 hour security for peace of mind.
Further details
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Flight details to also be provided at this point. If booking made within 8 weeks of departure then full payment required along with the flight details in order to secure your booking.
Guests are respectfully asked not to smoke in the apartment but you are welcome to do so on the balcony.

In addition to this there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep all offering a huge variation in entertainment and types of food. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the recently opened waterpark - Siam Park, is only a 10 minute walk. This is Europe's largest water theme park and well worth a visit.
The neighbouring areas of Torviscas and Fanabe are within walking distance and just further along is El Duque which has seen millions of euros worth of investment over recent times and is host to some of the most prestigious hotels, shops and bars on the island.

A 10 minute cab ride from the airport (main airport on south side of the Island - Reina Sofia). Approx 25 euros in a cab or catch the aerobus direct (no. 111 - run every 30 mins) to the resort for 2.25 euros. Low cost airlines such as Jet2 and Monarch fly to Tenerife direct.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in Garden City, but the 1st time at this studio apartment. I have to say this was the best out of them all, & it cost less too! We have been going to this area of Tenerife for many years & found that Garden City is ideally central for the bars & resteraunts we visit regulary. The view from the balcony was enjoyable, just sitting there in the sun watching people & looking out to sea, great sunset view! The pool bar is really good, very friendly staff & full marks to Stacey & Mick who run it! Below the pool bar is another bar called the Winning Post which is ideal for " one or more for the road" after a good night out. This also does excellent food during the day/evening, & all the guys in there are very friendly. The apartment has everything you would need & we found the beds really comfy being memory foam matresses. We would definitley use this apartment again if available at the time. |

We have stayed in this apartment a number of times over the last few years, and have to say that the refurb in 2009 has been a great improvement. There is a large supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Our favourite place is Peurto Colon, where we sit for hours just watching the boats coming in and out of the Harbour. The whole area is very clean and well maintained, and for those who enjoy sitting by a pool the pool area is very good with an on site bar where meals are also available. I would highly reccomend this apartment to my family & friends |

This apartment is ideally located. Only a minute away from some really good bars, live entertainment and restaurants. With the local supermarket and the beach only five minutes walk away. This is an ideal studio apartment for short or long term stays, it is well presented with all your creature comforts and spotlessly clean. We will be returning. |
