About the home

Parque Santiago IV is situated on the seafront between Playa de las Americas and Las Cristianos in an area known as the "Golden Corner". This immaculately maintained complex has two large salt water pools ( one heated) set in beautiful tropical gardens. Guests staying in Parque Santiago 4 are also welcome to use the facilities in neighbouring parque santiago 3 including the spectacular new children's pool with water slides and the newly renovated gym.

This third floor one bedroomed duplex apartment has two large terraces with stunning sea views. It is just a two minute walk to a white sand beach and there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the ideal holiday destination with glorious sunshine and warm temperatures all year round. For those who can drag themselves away from the beach or pool there are endless activities to suit all tastes.

There are three zoos . Loro Park, in Peurto del la Cruz, is tenerifes most popular wildlife centre and receives more than 1.3 million visitors each year. In the south of the island you'll find the Jungle Park and the Monkey Park.

The recently opened Siam Park Water Kingdom is the newest and most exciting water park in Europe.

For golf enthusiasts there are now six courses to choose from, most of which are just a short taxi ride away.
A day trip to Teide National Park is a must for any visitors to Tenerife.

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 4 area

Parque Santiago 4 is situated in a tranquil setting directly on the seafront . It has numerous restaurants , bars and shops both within the complex and also in the surrounding area. There is also a supermarket on site and another larger one with on site bakery within a few minutes walk.

A short 15 minute stroll along the beautiful tree lined promenade is the fishing port of Los Cristianos where you'll find more wonderful restaurants and bars. From here you can also catch the ferry to the exotic island of La Gomera.

The Santiago complex offers plenty to keep children occupied from the new mini water park in santiago 3 to the mini golf course in santiago 5. There are also children's playgrounds in both 3 and 4.
There are numerous sporting facilities close by such as fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, roller blading & golfing.

Tenerife south airport is about 15 minutes away and should cost no more than 25 euros in a taxi.
There is also a regular bus service to Playa de las Americas from outside the arrivals terminal which costs about 2 euro.

A 50% booking deposit is payable within 7 days of the reservation.

A damages/security bond of €100 will be added onto the remainder of the rental fee which is payable 6 weeks before travel. The €100 security bond will be totally refunded when the keys are returned providing there are no breakages or damage to the apartment.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am, however where possible we will accommodate guests for early check in or late check out.

We accept payment via paypal or bank transfer.
