CASA CALETA is a lovely private 5 bedroom villa located very near the Ibiza airport and beaches of es Codolar and is ideal for guests who want to be close to the heartbeat of Ibiza, yet twice removed from the hustle & bustle and noise.

the villa is a short 5-7 minute taxi ride to Platja d’en Bossa ( Bora Bora, Ushuaia, Space! ) and 10 minutes to IBIZA town or 10 minutes in the other direction to San Antonio ( Es Paradis, Eden ). If you know the area, then you’ll know and love the peace and tranquility and the fact that some of IBIZA’s greatest hot spots such as Blu Marlin, KM5, DC10, along with some of IBIZA’s best beaches are just a hop, skip, and a jump from the villa and so the location is just perfect!

if you’re a small to medium size group of 10-12 looking to stay and play in comfort and style, this is it! CASA CALETA is one of our most popular villas every season and for many good reasons.

the main villa is a classic Ibicencan open concept style with lots of character. the main villa is fully air conditioned and has 3 double bedrooms which will comfortably accommodate 6 guests ( more with special arrangements ) and 2 full bathrooms including en suite for the master bedroom and a second washroom with Jacuzzi tub.

the villa is self catering and fully equipped and has been recently updated to ensure all of the furniture, equipment, and utilities are functional and comfortable for you and your guests.

there are 2 additional detached guest houses/flats each with double beds and a small washroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 4-8 additional guests with special arrangements.

private and secure lot offers an outdoor chill-out area including a black pool ( 11m x 5m ), sunbeds, large lounge/chill-out area and outdoor BBQ for fun in the sun or evening socials.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to book the villa for your stay. Booking deposit is due and payable at the time of your reservation booking and will be credited towards the total rental fee at check-in.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Refundable €500 property security/damage deposit due at time of check-IN. The security/damage deposit will be returned upon your departure given there is no damage to the property and/or it's chattels.

PASSPORTS

Photocopy of ALL guest passports is required at Check-IN for security reasons. No exceptions.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-IN time is at 15:00 ( unless otherwise arranged and contingent upon availability ) and Check-OUT is at 11:00 ( unless otherwise arranged and contingent upon availability )

LATE CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

There is a late Check-IN fee of €100 after 00:00 ( midnight ) and a late Check-OUT fee of 1 full day rental fee after 15:00 ( unless otherwise arranged and subject to availability ) - no exceptions

DUE AT CHECK-IN

Your final rental fee balance of 50% + the security/damage deposit is due at check-IN. All funds are due in € cash only

PAYMENT

Booking deposits can be made by bank-to-bank transfer and in some cases Paypal ( depending on the property owner and their preference ) and your rental payment + security deposit is accepted only in cash and in euro € at time of check-IN

The Ibiza region

Ibiza! Famous for its hippies and nightlife, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital of the world, with spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. Ibiza has more to offer though than just its nightlife, there are over 80 beaches and clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.

Ibiza Town, a short distance away, is a truly amazing place, steeped in history with the Dalt Villa, a UNESCO world heritage site looking down. There are designer shops, international restaurants, endless bars and a colourful gay scene.

Ibiza Town is perfect for strolling around especially at night around the night market, shops, boutiques. Wander up in to the old town and walk right up to the cathedral at the top taking in the history as you go. Playa den Bossa is excellent for kids, there is water park and crazy golf and other entertainment parks.

There is a Golf course in Cala Longa. You can get a ferry which takes half an hour over to Formentera, effeminately worth going for the day the beaches are out of this world and the water is turquoise and clear for miles perfect for a lazy day on the beach.

If you fancy staying closer to the apartment Talamanca beach has some nice restaurants as does the Marina Botafoch, as well as Pacha and El Divino there is also a casino. All just a 5 minute walk away.

The Playa D'en Bossa area

Playa D'en Bossa is very conveniently situated midway between Ibiza Town and the airport (10 minutes by taxi at a cost of 10€) and is absolutely perfect for the amazing variety and endless list of things to do here for the whole gang with either direct access or close proximity to Ibiza's finest sandy beaches, including world famous Bossa Beach, Bora Bora Beach, and Salinas Beach, as well as cafés & restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, nightclubs (including Space!) and much more. There is a shuttle ferry port 300 metres away with regular ferries, every 30 minutes until the early hours in the morning, to Dalt Villa (Ibiza port). When it's time to play, Playa d'En Bossa!
