if you're like most and you're coming to wonderland Ibiza to play and location convenience is important to you and your mates, villa Casa de Carles is an excellent choice for many great reasons including the fact that it is located on the beach juxtaposed between Playa d'en Bossa Beach and Figueretas Beach just a hop, skip, and a jump beach walk to Bora Bora, Ushuaia, and Space! no car is necessary; 10 minutes from Ibiza Airport; 10 minutes to Ibiza town.

the villa is ideally suited for small-medium size groups up to 12 guests who want fresh, clean, modern, and quality accommodations in a great location for a great price.


you'll truly love this villa for many reasons and particularly if you want to be close to the heartbeat of Playa d'en Bossa and the beaches as well as the best clubs yet twice removed from the hustle & bustle and noise when you need a break and trust me, if you're coming to Ibiza to play, you're going to need some quiet time to recover.


Casa de Carles is divided into two (2) separate private flats each of which are fully equipped with quality furniture and appliances and fully self-contained. the flats can be rented individually as a self-contained apartment or together as whole villa depending on your needs.

the upstairs air-conditioned flat sleeps 2-4 guests comfortably ( arrangements can be made to add up to 1 additional single bed to accomodate a total of 5 guests ). the flat is fully equipped with its own private and secure entrance. there's a double bedroom with one double bed and spectacular ocean views and fresh sea breezes and another double bedroom with two (2) single beds .. fresh linens and towels are included. it's a great setup for a small family or couples .. there's a full modern kitchen with views along with a full washroom including tub and if you enjoy your peace and serenity reading a good book or meditating, there's a fantastic ocean view deck w/sun chairs and unfettered views of the sea ( and spectacular sunrises too ;)

the downstairs air-conditioned flat is equally lovely and sleeps 5 guests comfortably ( arrangements can be made to add up to 2 additional single beds to accomodate a total of 7 guests ). there's a double bedroom with two single beds along with another double bedroom with a double bed and yet another single bedroom with a single bed. there's a full washroom with tub as well as a half bathroom and of course a full modern kitchen that leads to a private terrace with spectacular sea views and a private, gated yard ideal for get togethers or lounging around and suitable for children.

this fully air conditioned flat is also full equipped with every convenience you would hope for in your home away from home and the natural lighting and fresh cool sea breezes are always refreshing day or night in a notoriously hot summer in Ibiza. the downstairs flat has it's own private and secure entrance and can be rented separately as well. there is a safe in the villa and each of the windows are gated and the doors are solid wood with remote access and alarms - rest in peace.

this is one of my favorite villas in d'en Bossa.

while the villa does not have a private pool on site, you do have access to a nice swimming pool directly across the street ( multi-unit complex shared by same owner ) and/or you have the ocean and beaches at your doorstep and so while I agree that no pool is a minus, the quality, location, and price far outweigh anything less in my better judgment and experience in Ibiza.

overall, I'm very confident you'll find villa Casa de Carles to be a very convenient and very comfortable quality stay while you and your mates are playing in wonderland.

to get a better idea of exactly where the villa is located, here's a zoomable Google maps street view and I would note that to walk from Casa de Carles to the beaches of Playa d'en Bossa as well as Bora Bora and Space will take no more than a 10 minute beach walk ( click the link ) or a 15 minute boat ride into Ibiza.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING DEPOSIT

50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to book the villa for your stay. Booking deposit is due and payable at the time of your reservation booking and will be credited towards the total rental fee at check-in.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Refundable €500 property security/damage deposit due at time of check-IN. The security/damage deposit will be returned upon your departure given there is no damage to the property and/or it's chattels.

PASSPORTS

Photocopy of ALL guest passports is required at Check-IN for security reasons. No exceptions.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-IN time is at 15:00 ( unless otherwise arranged and contingent upon availability ) and Check-OUT is at 11:00 ( unless otherwise arranged and contingent upon availability )

LATE CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

There is a late Check-IN fee of €100 after 00:00 ( midnight ) and a late Check-OUT fee of 1 full day rental fee after 15:00 ( unless otherwise arranged and subject to availability ) - no exceptions

DUE AT CHECK-IN

Your final rental fee balance of 50% + the security/damage deposit is due at check-IN. All funds are due in € cash only

PAYMENT

Booking deposits can be made by bank-to-bank transfer and in some cases Paypal ( depending on the property owner and their preference ) and your rental payment + security deposit is accepted only in cash and in euro € at time of check-IN

The Ibiza region

Ibiza! Famous for its hippies and night-life, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital of the world, with spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. Ibiza has more to offer though than just its night-life, there are over 80 beaches and clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.

Ibiza Town, a short distance away, is a truly amazing place, steeped in history with the Dalt Villa, a UNESCO world heritage site looking down. There are designer shops, international restaurants, endless bars and a colourful gay scene.

Ibiza Town is perfect for strolling around especially at night around the night market, shops, boutiques. Wander up in to the old town and walk right up to the cathedral at the top taking in the history as you go. Playa den Bossa is excellent for kids, there is water park and crazy golf and other entertainment parks.

There is a Golf course in Cala Longa. You can get a ferry which takes half an hour over to Formentera, effeminately worth going for the day the beaches are out of this world and the water is turquoise and clear for miles perfect for a lazy day on the beach.

The Playa D'en Bossa area

Within a few minutes walk from the home, you will find shops (less than 50m), restaurants (less than 50m), a supermarket (less than 50m), pharmacy (500m), and the Ibiza town centre (3km).

Playa d'en Bossa is the longest beach in Ibiza has water sports, lots of sun loungers and beach bars. Bora Bora is a 5 minute stroll along the beach.

Playa d'en Bossa Playa d'En Bossa is very conveniently situated midway between Ibiza Town and the airport (10 minutes by taxi at a cost of 10€) and is absolutely perfect for the amazing variety and endless list of things to do here for the whole gang with either direct access or close proximity to Ibiza's finest sandy beaches, including world famous Bossa Beach, Bora Bora Beach, and Salinas Beach, as well as cafés & restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, nightclubs (including Space!) and much more.

An ideal location for an ideal vacation! When it's time to play, Platja d'en Bossa!

"This house was beyond our expectations. The house was perfectly cleaned when we checked in and it was far more spacious and nice from what the pictures of the house show. We had 2 terraces with a very nice seaview and one balcony which was headed towards the street outside. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had 2 tvs. We were very happy to find that the house laid in a very central area and that we had the beaches of Playa den Bossa and Figuretas outside our door almost. The owner was very was also a very friendly and pleasant man. I would definitely recommend this house to others! We couldn't have been more happy with this selection of house!"
