About the home

This stylish, luxurious and spacious two bed apartment is furnished in a modern, contemporary style. It is located directly on the beach and there are wonderful views of the sea from the terrace. The property is fitted with completely modern kitchen and bathrooms and there is full air-conditioning throughout. Also provided is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms have a good supply of new cotton sheets and freshly laundered towels are provided. Although there is no sound system there is a DVD player that also plays CDs.

The apartment is ideally located for exploring all that Ibiza has to offer. Wonderful beaches, great shopping and fantastic bars, clubs and restaurants. Also nearby are a variety of sporting activities such as tennis, sailing and golf.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza has long been known as 'the entertainment capital of the world'. This is not only due to it's fantastic nightclubs but also it's bars and restaurants. As well as the nightlife the island has some wonderful scenery with over 50 beautiful beaches to explore. Perhaps the most famous of the historic buildings on the island is the Dalt Vila in Ibiza town. The town dates back to medieval times and is incredibly well preserved. It also has a very lovely cathedral.

Surrounding the Dalt Vila are many wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. Indeed the shops in Ibiza town are highly recommended. You can also visit the adjacent port and marina area. All in all, with it's hot Mediterranean climate, Ibiza is a very popular place to visit and has something for everybody.

The Playa D'en Bossa area

The apartment is directly on a very nice beach that is perfect for swimming and beach activities. It is only a short distance from all that Ibiza town has to offer with it's wonderful shopping, bars, clubs and restaurants.

“fantastic appartment and very nice people who look after you” The service we experianced was very efficient, the property was really comfortable with everything we needed and a huge balcony. There was a spar shop a few metres away and several bars and we were on the beach front. location fantastic. would stay there again.

If you would like to reserve the apartment then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival.

There are two ways the deposit can be paid, either by bank transfer or via PayPal, a safe and secure on-line payment system. Use of the PayPal method carries an additional 2.5% cost but it does mean the payment can be made from the comfort of your own home over the internet. Most banks require a transfer to a foreign account to be done in your branch. They also have a charge for doing this. If you would prefer to pay via PayPal please let us know and we'll issue you with a request. To transfer larger sums PayPal does require you to become a verified member. This process can take a few days and we are happy to hold the booking in the meantime.

A damage deposit of €500 or the sterling equivalent is also required on arrival. This will be repaid in cash on your departure.
