About the home

The apartment is beautifully decorated in a modern style. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, .With the beach ,and all the restaurants only ten minutes walking distance away,its a perfect location for peace and quiet,yet you are in the middle of all the amenities..The beach, in playa den bossa is 3 kilometres long and offers everything you require to have an amazing holiday in ibiza.,from chilling out,clubing ,to water sports.If you prefer to lie at the pool we have access to a beautiful 4 star hotel pool..The house has a large supermarket only a short distance away,and there are many tapas ,and typical spanish restaurants only a minute away.From the airport it is only a ten minute taxi ride to the house,all very convenient.Your hosts are extremely welcoming,and are at your disposal for all you needs.

The apartment has a full security system.This apartment is actually the bottom half of a villa,so there are no noisy people next door,as in so many other apartments.,the owners live upstairs,and are always available if you require anything at all.the owners have an extensive knowledge of the island,from walks etc ,to all the clubs.

There is a quiet and shaded area in the back of the house,where you can enjoy dinner,or a barbacue.

“Brilliant hosts, excellent accomodation and super area!!!” We stayed in this accomodation Aug 2011, there was a large group of us with a young child. I cant recommend the accomodation and the hosts highly enough. This apartment is in a great area just minutes walk from Bora bora and Space. Ibiza town just a short taxi ride (10euro), a large super market just minutes walk away.... we were able to combine a clubbing holiday and a family one as the apartment is in a very quiet area but again only a 5 min walk from all the action......There is a lovely garden area where we spent many nites having barbeques and enjoyin drinks in the evening.... The owners of the apartment are at hand if anything is needed going above and beyond what wld be expected.... We enjoyed it so much we hope to return next year.
