This contemporary apartment is in a fantastic location close to Ibiza Town, situated on Playa d'en Bossa beach and within easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and of course Space and Bora Bora.
Bossa Sol, a luxury development situated on the longest beach in Ibiza, has a large private swimming pool surrounded by terraces, plenty of sunloungers and immaculately landscaped gardens filled with mature olive trees and tropical plants with private access directly onto the beach.
We run a luxury driving service in Ibiza and offer our guests a free private transfer on arrival for up to four passengers with luggage. This is a great offer especially in the high season months when the taxi queue at the can stretch the length of the airport.
Perfect for anyone wanting to be central to Ibiza's activities but in a quiet residential area.

The Ibiza region
Famous for its hippies and nightlife, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital of the world, with spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. Ibiza has more to offer though than just its nightlife, there are over 80 beaches and clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.
Ibiza Town, a short distance away, is a truly amazing place, steeped in history with the Dalt Villa, a UNESCO world heritage site looking down. There are designer shops, international restaurants, endless bars and a colourful gay scene.
Playa D'en Bossa area
Within a few minutes walk from the apartment there is a jetty offering a fantastic boat service to Ibiza Town (far less hectic than a taxi), to Es Cavallet (the gay nudist beach) and to Formentera (almost half the price of the Ibiza Town ferries!).
Playa d'en Bossa is the longest beach in Ibiza has watersports, lots of sun loungers and beach bars. Bora Bora is a 15 minute stroll along the beach.
The Bossa Sol complex is situated at the start of Playa d'en Bossa in a quiet residential area, there are a couple of Spanish bars, including a great tapas bar just a few metres away. The bus stop (offering all night bus services), taxi rank, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are a short stroll away. At the end of the resort is the world famous night/day club Space and Ibiza's only water park.

Further details indoors: Stylishly furnished and spacious, the bright and airy living room has a leather sofa, low coffee table, occasional tables with lighting, TV and DVD/CD home cinema system. Large glass sliding doors lead onto a large south facing balcony which is furnished with Moroccan dining table and chairs, wicker sun loungers and has beautiful sea and mountain views.
Master bedroom has a double bed and large glass doors opening onto the balcony, the second bedroom has two single beds, both have plenty of wardrobe space, full length mirrors and a 2100 watt hairdryer.
Main bathroom is fully tiled with modern white suite and marble surfaces. Shower room is also fully tiled with a shower cubicle.
Kitchen is fully fitted with marble worktops.
Located on the third floor with a lift.
The apartment is fully airconditioned throughout.
Further details outdoors: The complex has immaculately kept gardens that are planted with a wide variety of plants, old olive trees, mature palm trees, paved and lawn areas. There is a large swimming pool with a children's section, plenty of sun loungers and direct access and views to the beach. As part of a residential complex the pool and gardens are usually very quiet, even during the high season weeks.
There is plenty of parking outside the apartment.
Further details
We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure the booking with the balance payable 30 days before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 500 euro or 300 pounds or 600 dollars is also required on arrival, which will be refunded upon departure provided the apartment is left in a clean condition with no damage or breakages.
A private airport transfer is provided free of charge, which is a real luxury in the high season when the taxi queue can often stretch to the end of the airport. A return transfer can be arranged at a discounted price.

"Just wanted to say thanks so much, we had a fab time in your fab apartment, from the immaculate and trendy apartment to the beautiful pool and lets not forget the fab balcony that gets the sun from 3pm till 8pm and the cracking location with more spars on one street than what there is in england!
