This contemporary apartment is in a fantastic location close to Ibiza Town, situated on Playa d'en Bossa beach and within easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and of course Space, Bora Bora and Ibiza's new super cool beach bars - Ushuaia, Sands, La Plague, etc.
Bossa Sol, a luxury development situated on the longest beach in Ibiza, has a large private swimming pool surrounded by terraces, plenty of sunloungers and immaculately landscaped and lawned gardens filled with mature olive trees and tropical plants with private access directly onto the beach.
We run a luxury driving and concierge service in Ibiza and offer our guests a free private transfer on arrival for up to four passengers with luggage. This is a great offer especially during the high season months when the taxi queue at the can stretch the length of the airport.
Perfect for anyone wanting to be central to Ibiza's activities but in a quiet residential area.

Stylishly furnished and spacious, the bright and airy living room has a leather sofa, metallic gold bean bag chair, low coffee table, occasional tables with lighting, flat screen TV with DVD/CD. Large glass sliding doors with tinted glass (which helps to keep the rooms cool) lead onto a large south facing balcony which is furnished with Moroccan dining table and comfortable dining chairs, sun loungers and has beautiful sea and mountain views.
Main bedroom has a double bed and large glass doors opening onto the balcony. Second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, full length mirrors, airconditioning and black out shutters to ensure a perfect sleep. Full size 2100 watt hairdryer. Professionally laundered white linen is provided.
Main bathroom is fully tiled with marble surface and full white suite (sink, toilet, bidet, bath with shower above). Shower room is fully tiled with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Set of two blue towels are provided per person. One bath mat per bathroom is provided.
Kitchen is fully fitted with marble worktops.
Located on the third floor with a lift.
Fully airconditioned throughout.
Extra cleaning and laundry changes can be provided at extra cost.
Free use of high speed internet dongle is provided, with a deposit. Free WiFi is available in several local cafes.
Spanish digital cable TV - various channels can be switched to English language.
We ask that guests smoke on the balcony and not inside the apartment.

The complex has immaculately kept gardens that are planted with a wide variety of plants, old olive trees, mature palm trees, paved and lawn areas. There is a large swimming pool with a children's section, plenty of sun loungers and direct access and views to the beach. As part of a residential complex the pool and gardens are usually very quiet, even during the high season weeks.
There is plenty of parking outside the apartment.
Further details
We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure the booking with the balance payable 30 days before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 400 euro or 400 pounds is also required on arrival, which will be refunded upon departure provided the apartment is left in a clean condition with no damage or breakages.
A private airport transfer is provided free of charge, which is a real luxury in the high season when the taxi queue can often stretch to the end of the airport. A return transfer can be arranged at a discounted price.

Famous for its hippies and nightlife, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital of the world, with spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. Ibiza has more to offer though than just its nightlife, there are over 80 beaches and clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.
Ibiza Town, a short distance away, is a truly amazing place, steeped in history with the Dalt Villa, a UNESCO world heritage site looking down. There are designer shops, international restaurants, endless bars and a colourful gay scene.
The Playa D'en Bossa area
Within a few minutes walk from the apartment there is a jetty offering a fantastic boat service to Ibiza Town (far less hectic than a taxi or bus in the high season) and to Formentera (almost half the price of the Ibiza Town ferries!).
Along this promenade with perfect sea views is one of Ibiza's very best British cafes, perfect if you want a great breakfast!
Playa d'en Bossa is the longest beach in Ibiza has watersports, lots of sun loungers and beach bars. Bora Bora is a 15 minute stroll along the beach. The new exclusive beach restaurants such as Sands and Ushuaia are just a few minutes further along.
The Bossa Sol complex is situated at the start of Playa d'en Bossa in a quiet residential area, there are a couple of Spanish bars, including a great tapas bar just a few metres away. The bus stop (offering all night bus services), taxi rank, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are a short stroll away. At the end of the resort is the world famous night/day club Space and Ibiza's only water park.

I stayed in 2010 en 2011 in this appartment. Its a very nice, clean and fine appartment. The owners are very friendly and help you with everything. I stayed with fiends and my two children at the age of 20 and 17. They loved it very much. Nearby the sea and just a few minutes to the Old Town. I will be back fore sure in 2012. |

Lovely modern apartment at the sedate end of town.Fully loaded with all mod cons and more besides.Easy walk to bars and clubs and just far enough away for some peace and quiet.Owner is lovely and she couldn't do enough for us.Pick up and drop off service a welcome bonus too.Bicycle hire and car hire in the village is handy to explore the island when you tire of clubbing and bar hopping.The pool has private access to the beach and is very well maintained with lovely gardens lots of sunbeds and a great sea view.All in all a sunny home from home. |

Highly recommend this property. No more than half an hour from airport. Transport to and from airport was arranged for us. Apartment is immaculate and tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped. It is as it looks on the web. Pool area lovely and was quiet most of the time. Fantastic location for getting boats into Ibiza town. From our first email, to booking, then arrival and departure, the whole 'service provided by Sylvia and Stuart was outstanding. |
