About the home

This four bedroom, penthouse, fully air-conditioned, apartment sleeps up to eight people. Its interior is 170m2 with a large open plan lounge and dining area. This opens out on to a 27m2 exterior terrace that has spectacular views of Bossa beach, the sea and the community area below. The additional roof terrace has fabulous views, a dining table and sun loungers. For your entertainment there is a widescreen TV and DVD in the lounge and wireless internet. Both the master and second bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, whilst the master bedroom has a wall mounted TV and access to the terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds pushed together that can be separated if required and in the fourth bedroom there's a single bed. This can accommodate an eight person if requested in advance. All three bathrooms have a power shower, wash basin whilst the master en-suite also has a bath. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a large cooker, fridge freezer and utility space with washing machine. For your safety and convenience there is a 24 hour concierge service on reception. Ibiza Blue Beach apartments have been built to very standards and designed with discerning clientele in mind. The standards and community regulations of the apartments mean that it is really only suitable for more 'exclusive' clients and as such there is a strict policy of no stag or hen parties or any sort of loud behaviour. The Ibiza Blue Beach apartments are directly on the beach on the Playa d'en Bossa side of Ibiza town. They are handily placed for the airport, Salinas beach or the Dalt Vila itself. Ibiza town can be reached by foot, local bus, car or a ferry that runs directly into the port, from just along the beach.

The well maintained garden looks fantastic both during the day and when illuminated at night. This makes for a tranquil haven where you can unwind and relax. You can either sunbathe by the pool or take just a few steps to swim or sunbathe on the beach. The beach itself is very good and there's delightful views of the Dalt Vila and the nearby island of Formantera. Then of course there's the wonderful Mediterranean sea and after your swim it's only a short distance to your apartment.

In the local area there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants with many more just a short taxi ride away. In particular there are many very good beach bars and restaurants just along Bossa beach. In fact Ibiza has something for everyone. If tranquility and relaxation is your choice Ibiza has numerous quality beaches and beautiful, scenic, countryside. Indeed the apartments themselves are a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the island.

If nightlife is your thing then Ibiza has some of the best nightclub's and places to eat in the world. Both Ushuaia beach bar and hotel and the world famous Space nightclub are only ten minutes walk away.

The Blue Beach apartments would serve as the ideal base from where to discover the many sides of this magical island. There is so much to do, to see and to explore. All whilst taking advantage of Ibiza's wonderful Mediterranean climate.

“What a fabulous find!” Beautiful beautiful apartments, and great letting agent! We rented this apartment for just under a week in May for a Hen week. The letting agent was very very kind, and as it was the Hen's birthday he arranged for cake and cava on arrival (thank you!) We had a suprise when we found that there was a wonderful dining area and roof top jacuzzi above the apartment, which was private to us! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very well equipped! A little far from San Antonio, but as we didnt go out there too much wasnt an issue as very close to clubs including Space, Pasha, Bora Bora, and the big opening parties. Wonderful private beach area attached to the apartment - like your very own beach club! Staff at apartments also very helpful! Would 100% reccomend staying here! Whats great about this rental is that they accepted that we were a hen group, but the property is definately suitable for couples, families, and older people alike!

“Amazing accomodation in fantastic location” These must be some of the best apartments in Ibiza . Great location on Playa den bossa beach. The ferry departs from in front of the apartments to Ibiza Town. The apartments are all beautifully appointed with very modern design . Fabulous pool and private sandy beach .

If you would like to reserve the apartment, then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. This can either be paid in full straight away or you can pay 20% now with the remaining 30% of the deposit payable six weeks before arrival. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival.

There are two ways the deposit can be paid, either by bank transfer or via PayPal, a safe and secure online payment system. Use of the PayPal method carries an additional 2.5% cost but it does mean the payment can be made from the comfort of your own home over the internet. Most banks require a transfer to a foreign account to be done in your branch. They also have a charge for doing this. If you would prefer to pay via PayPal, please let us know and we'll issue you with a request. To transfer larger sums PayPal does require you to become a verified member. This process can take a few days and we are happy to hold the booking in the meantime.

Please also note that a security/damage deposit of €500 is payable on arrival. This is returned at check out.
