The Balearic Islands region
The magical island of Ibiza is full of surprises and contrasts and if you get hooked then you will be hooked for life. Ibiza has something to offer to everyone: culture, gastronomy, tranquillity, magnificent beaches and world famous clubs.
The island of Ibiza covers an area of 572 km2 and is the third largest of the Balearic Islands. Ancient Greek settlers named Ibiza and its sister island Formentera, the Pitiusan islands owing to the large expanses of pine trees which stretch from coast to coast. (Formentera Island is also a good opportunity to discover.)
As well as the stunning weather and beaches, Ibiza boasts many cultural attractions including the fortified Old Town of Ibiza known as Dalt Vila that was named a World Heritage Site since 1999. There stands out the Natural Park of Ses Salines, where there are also important archaeological sites.
The fact is that the history of Ibiza is very present throughout the island, from the first prehistoric settlement until the Muslim era or the modern age.
With the fantastic weather, unspoilt beaches, turquoise waters, and incredible sunsets, it is no surprise that Ibiza is where chill out music was originally created.
Ibiza offers some of Europe´s finest beaches with crystal clear waters and fine sand, restaurants, shopping, bars, and cafes. Ideal for families, nature lovers, retiree´s, and jet-setters.
And, of course, the nightlife. From the 60's, Ibiza has become a reference point due to the arrival of the hippie movement and in recent decades by the growth of the clubber scene.
Ibiza is famous for its extremely hip and glamorous night life. It is home to some of the most important discotheques and clubs in the world, bringing together key DJs of the scene. The Ibiza party never ends.
For many the best night-life on offer in the Mediterranean and probably the best night clubs on offer in the world.
Inland however offers a totally different experience.
Traditional peasant farmers using century old techniques share home-made wine with hippies from the 70s and celebrities from the cities. In the stunning unspoilt landscape there are secret dirt tracks that lead to ancient ritual sites or to some of the most expensive and luxurious real estate offered in Europe.
In Ibiza, anything and everything is possible.
Ibiza is a resort, a place to relax with its quiet beaches and landscapes or where get lost in the crowd, with its street markets, designer boutiques, boasting fine restaurants and entertainment sites.
Playa D'en Bossa
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Playa d´en Bossa, in one of the best condominiums, 50 metres from the most famous and longest stretching beach in Ibiza.
It is conveniently situated in a quiet spot for the airport and the Dalt Vila. Ibiza town can be reached by foot – the relaxing walk to the city takes approximately half an hour –, taxi, bus that has a bus stop down the building or by a ferry that runs directly into the port from just along the beach. Right down the building there is a supermarket.
In the private condominium there are two communal swimming pools separate for adults and children. This place is a tranquil paradise where you can unwind and relax. It gives you the possibility to sunbathe by the pool or take just a few steps and can enjoy more than 3 km of soft, golden sandy beach, the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea with plenty of activities such as water sports, diving, waterpark, mini golf, relaxing walks on the beautiful promenade at sunset and a large variety of bars and restaurants along Bossa Beach.
Ibiza offers something for everyone.
Tranquillity and relaxation on numerous quality beaches and beautiful, scenic, countryside.
The penthouse has handy access to the highway that allows you to discover easily the rest of the island, stunning selection of other beaches within 10 minutes by car: Cala Jondal, Es Cavallet, Sa Caleta and the world wide known Las Salinas at only 5 minutes.
Roca Lisa Golf course 15 minutes by car.
If nightlife is your preference then Ibiza has some of the best nightclubs and places to eat in the world. The famous Ushuaïa, Space, Bora Bora and Hard Rock are only ten minutes walk away.
One of the joys of being in this magical island is that you are never far from anywhere. There is so much to do, to see and to explore whilst taking advantage of Ibiza's wonderful Mediterranean climate.
