Bossa Sol is a residential block of flats situated in front of Playa D'en Bossa beach. Flat overlooks stunning mature gardens and huge swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. It's location is fantastic, being close to local shops, bars, restaurants, banks, rent a car, gym.

Flat consists of a spacious living room with direct access to a large terrace with table and chairs, two double bedrooms, en suite bathroom, shower room and well equipped kitchen.
Flat is decorated in contemporary style, offering comfort and leisure.

Conditions

To reserve this apartment, we require 50% of the rent to be paid by bank transfer, remaining 50% is payable one month prior to arrival by bank transfer,
Security deposit of 800 euros (or equivalent in preferred currency) is payable on arrival in cash, to be paid back in full on departure, providing that nothing has been damaged in the property.

Parties, loud music or any sort of disrespectful behaviour that would disturb other residents in the building is not allowed in this flat or communal parts of the building.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza Town is the most fascinating part of Ibiza, always alive day and night-packed with colourful shops, markets, variety of good restaurants and bars. Plenty to see from Ibiza's history too-some old and beautiful monuments, churches, architecture that goes back centuries.

Plenty of beautiful beaches to explore and experience, stunning sunsets and sunrises to see...amazing night life, international and Spanish cuisine, bars with live music, world famous discoteques...most of all, Ibiza is about people-a true cosmopolitan variety, friendly, easygoing and hospitable.

Climate is fabulous, never too hot or too cold!
Spring time is fabulous, Ibiza is in blossom even in February, nice sunny days, quite warm.
During summer months temperature is between 30-35 C or higher.
Winters are mild, usually sunny days, temperature between 8 -20C.

The Playa D'en Bossa area

Playa D'en Bossa is the longest beach on the island, one of the trendiest. There are many well known restaurants and beach bars, discoteque Space is about 10-15 minutes walk.

Playa D'en Bossa is well connected to Ibiza Town, taxi rank is nearby, walking distance not more than 15 minutes. Also there is a bus and ferry service nearby.

Various watersports available, children's water park within 5 minutes drive.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the apartment rental. We had a fantastic time in Ibiza (although were very tired by the end!) and the Bossa Sol apartment was really fantastic. We’ll definitely be in touch next year to organise our Ibiza 2011 trip! :o)
