About the home

Villa Cesaraugusta is a quiet semi attached villa with private parking located in Playa Blanca, at only 1500 m. (about 15-20 minutes walking) far away from the shopping and leisure area, main town and from one of the golden sand beaches.

The villa is surrounded by private terrace with a private heated swimming pool (size: 7x 4 metres and depth: 1.60 x1.60 m) and private parking. The price includes pool heating during the winter months (October to April).

It is composed of 3 bedrooms, having the main bedroom one bathroom on suite with bath, fully equipped, and wardrobe built-it, and the safe box into it.

One of the other two comfortable bedroom is consists with bunk bed and built-it wardrobe.

The other bathroom of this villa has shower.

A modern kitchen, with direct access to the terrace and pool area, is totally equipped with double refrigerator, ceramic cooker, oven, microware, toaster, kettle, coffee electrical maker, iron and iron board. Next to the kitchen, in a small store-room, is the washing machine and dishwasher.

The roomy living and dining room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, CD player, air conditioned and heater, and with views to the terrace and pool area, which has individual sun-bed and a building BBQ.

A 30% non returnable deposit is payable to secure a booking and the balance must be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings within 3 weeks of departure, the full payment is required.

The price includes pool heating during the winter months (October to April).

Due to change overs, the villa is normally available from 2pm on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure although depending on bookings and flight times we may be able to assist in varying on these times but this could not be confirmed at the time of booking.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is pure geology, underwater and moonlike sites, crystal clear waters, thirsty lands, palms' oasis, it is harmonic life of man and nature. Undoubtedly a land of contrasts.

It is the easternmost island of the Canary Islands, it is identified by the great amount of volcanoes that cover it due to the great volcanic activity of the early XVIII century.

Lanzarote has the Timanfaya National Park and is under the protection of Reserve of the Biosphere by Unesco. It is also an island full of culture. Six other tourist centres dedicated to visitors and more than 15 museums and art galleries supports the quality of its land and coasts.

An eternal spring, the average annual temperature is 21 º C, adorns each day the blue sky of Lanzarote and in the evening, the sky is dyed in the clear light of the moonshine.

Declared in 1993 as a Biosphere Reserve bythe United Nations Education Culture and Science Organization (UNESCO).

The Playa Blanca / Costa Papagayo area

Playa Blanca is situated on the south side of Lanzarote. Awarded on various occasions for its beauty, this peaceful and pleasant spot is the ideal place for the whole family to relax in.

Playa Blanca has a wide range of services: bars, restaurants, businesses… and one of the best recreational ports in Lanzarote. It is also close to the Papagayo Beaches where white sand and crystalline waters wash lap against the rocks.

Among the beaches, those of Dorada (is a 2 minute drive from the villa) and Flamingo stand out for their white sand. However, without doubt, the beaches of Papagayo lead the pack. A network of fine white sandy coves is a delight to all its visitors.

A few minutes from Playa Blanca, you can find some of the most renowned sites on the island. Timanfaya National Park, La Geria, Janubio salt flats, El Golfo (the green lagoon) and Los Hervideros.

From Playa Blanca you can ferry across to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura which takes 30 minutes.

Playa Blanca is approx. 30 minutes drive from the airport. A taxi from the airport to the villa will cost €30-40.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the Villa and would highly reccomend the property for a peaceful and highly relaxing holiday. There was plenty of room for us and could have invited another four people!
The villa was kept thoroughly clean and was in easy access of the town which was about a 20 minute walk so was nice not to be in the centre of things also.
The pool was great and heated which was needed as we were there in October. We had some beautiful sunny days though so had a lot of use of the pool and the sunloungers. We had a bbq one evening also and were able to watch some of our DVD's which was great.
The villa is very secure as fitted with alarms throughout and you can get hold of someone 24 hours a day which was great for reassurance but we didn't need to contact anyone as we had no problems.

"If going to Lanzarote is always like being in paradise, our stay in this town has become an aditional luxury. Villa is a comfortable and relaxing place we have been surrounded by quiet, which is what a family looks on their vacation. It is also very well located, near the beach (five minutes by car and we were enjoying Playa Dorada), but separate enough to enjoy the quietness and rest at night.
I can not forget either the beautiful views and breathtaking sunsets while enjoying endless swimming in the heated pool.
In summary, recommended and certainly we will return."

"Villa Cesaraugusta is a great base for a holiday in Playa Blanca. We stayed late October 2009 and it was exceptionally clean and comfortable and we fully enjoyed our stay. The pool is excellent and we had the benefit of it being heated to take the chill off, but this combined with a week of great weather meant that we were inclined to stay by the pool instead of venturing out. The air-conditioned interior provided relief from the heat outside.
A car is necessary as the beach and local amenities are a short drive away but other than this I would recommend this villa.
The kids really enjoyed here and I'm sure we will want to return."

Aankomst- en vertrekdag zijn vrij, zodat men ook nog eens de goedkoopste vluchten kan zoeken. Wel is een auto onmisbaar, maar die heeft men toch nodig om het eiland te bezoeken, en men kan hem voordelig huren. Bij terugkeer bleek dat de eigenaar Joaquín reeds diezelfde dag een mail had gestuurd om ons te vragen naar onze ervaringen en eventuele suggesties voor verbetering. We hebben hem vooral moeten feliciteren. Een echte aanrader. "

"Este inmueble es magnífico para pasar unas vacaciones con libertad, intimidad y comodidad, tanto para ir dos personas como toda la familia, está completamente equipado, tanto de lo imprescindible (sábadas, toallas, frigorífico...), como de extras muy interesantes (lavavajillas, plancha, hamacas y cojines para la piscina...) Está muy cercano a la playa así que puedes acercarte sin problema o pasar el día en la casa en la piscina, por cierto, es de agua dulce, que no todas de la isla lo son. Lo dicho, el inmueble es muy recomendable."

"wahren sehr zufreiden mit der villa ,sie liegt 5 autominuten von playa blanca zentrum entvernt der pool war im mai beheitzt . es könnten alle zwei tage handtücher gewechselt werden,statt zweimal pro woche. der hausmeister reinigte zweimal pro woche den pool,er war sehr nett.kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach lanzarote."
