Villa | 3 bedrooms | sleeps 6
Upon entering the front door, you are naturally led into the open plan lounge which has an L shaped contemporary seating area being both comfortable and modern. No expense has been spared here as the owners have thoughtfully provided a flat screen TV, DVD and UK Satellite System that includes Sky News and BBC World News, for your enjoyment and relaxation. Carrying on through the lounge you reach the patio doors which open to the private pool. The pool is of course electrically heated during the winter months, so will always be perfect for those all needed dips!
A spiral staircase leads up from the lounge area to three airy bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of which have shuttered windows. The bedrooms are well fitted and spacious having individually crafted furniture offering ample storage and comfort.
Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and share the well fitted family bathroom, whilst the master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own en suite bathroom with full sized bath. From the master bedroom there is direct access to the upper terrace which boasts good sea views and further table and chairs for you to enjoy breakfast, morning coffee or a sundowner! There is a second staircase leading to the pool area and extensive ground floor terraces.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for home dining, this area is open plan with a breakfast bar and also has an intimate seating area with bucket chairs for you to sit and relax whilst the allocated chef in your party whips up the culinary delights!
This relaxing area leads into the indoor dining room with a table and six chairs and additional access to the pool and garden. The garden has been planted with tropical plants and trees. There is also a private gated drive with space for 1 car.
The outdoor dining area is shaded, but should you want to top up that tan whilst dining, then the table is light enough to be easily moved into the Lanzarote sunshine.
A utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is the most easterly of the Canary Islands, and is around 125 kilometres off the coast of North Africa. Due to it's location, Lanzarote enjoys an all year round spring like weather pattern. There is very little rainfall here, and the volcanic landscape is truly spectacular.
The Island is just 60 kilometres in length, and has a multitude of activities available for your holiday. From the breathtaking Timanfaya National Park in the southwest, to the stunning cliffs in the north, as well as 2 golf courses, a water park, and of course the many beautiful beaches.
The airport is just outside of Arrecife, with links to all the major UK airports, as well as easy access to mainland Europe and beyond. Travel time from the UK is around 4 hours, dependant upon the departure airport.
Playa Blanca is situated at the southernmost end of Lanzarote. The fastest growing resort on the Island, Playa Blanca has strived, and succeeded, to keep it's fishing village charm.
The Marina Rubicon is now fully open, and with a multitude of restaurants, shops and cosy bars, it is the perfect setting for a relaxing time in the sun, overlooking the many boats moored there. There is a market each Wednesday and Saturday morning, where you can buy gifts, clothing, and nick nacks as a reminder of your stay. The shopping centre at the Marina contains a large supermarket, as well as a bowling alley, gift shops, and electrical stores.
Turning east from Casa Bella will take you to the Papagayo beaches, which are widely renowned as the best in Spain. Sheltered coves, and shallow waters make these beaches ideal for lazing in the Lanzarote sun. Should you fancy something a bit more lively, then west of Casa Bella is Playa Dorada, the largest beach in the resort with activities such as snorkelling, banana boats, and other water based activities.
The town centre itself is crammed full with shops, restaurants and bars - a true paradise for your holiday!
Playa Blanca is around a 40 minute drive from the airport, and has many car hire companies in the resort, should you wish to explore a bit further. There is also a bus service for access to the other areas of the Island. Fuerteventura is accessible from Playa Blanca too, from the harbour at the other end of the town.
