About the home

This large, spacious and extensive villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have super king size beds, one which has twin beds and the annexe which has twin beds. There are 3 bathrooms, one with en-suite facilities to the master bedroom which has patio doors leading to the pool. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom.

Within this large 1154 square metre plot is probably one of the island's largest and uniquely designed private swimming pools.

In the 100sq metre pool there is a child's paddling area, Roman steps and it is fully electrically heated. It has bridges running across the pool and we have installed the latest halogen lights to give a wonderful ambiance when sitting outside in the evening at the lava rock table where you can sip your favourite tipple.

There are 8 sun beds and an outside shower with hot and cold running water and security lighting. Leading from the barbecue and covered seating area is an entrance Atrium that has a pool table for the guests to use.

Attached to the villa is a separate self-contained annexe with kitchenette, sitting area, en suite, twin beds and TV, ideal for the grandparents or teenagers. Please note the annexe can only be rented out when there are 6 guests occupying the main villa. The annexe is charged as 2 guests.

The large lounge has two luxurious Italian Leather settees and a 42" plasma screen television with a full Sky package including Sky sports; movies and Sky plus which will record live TV. There is also a recordable DVD player and stereo system with CD and ipod connection. The dining area has a table that will sit up to 8 people. Broadband internet connection is also available. There is also use of a high chair and travel cot available

The fully fitted modern, separate kitchen and utility room has all the mod cons including a washing machine, micro wave, oven, ceramic hob, iron and ironing board, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and much more.

The mature and private gardens boast a host of indigenous plants, trees and cacti contained within a beautiful lava rock wall. At the side and rear of the villa is a beautiful garden with a stunning display of colourful plants and flowering shrubs.
The villa also has off road parking for 4 cars and has remote controlled electric gates to keep the little ones safe and secure.

The lovely beach of Playa Flamingo is only 15 minutes walk away with its variety of beachfront bars and restaurants, there is a supermarket and taxi rank within a 5-minute walk

The villa is cleaned inside and out on your arrival and all towels and linen are provided (except beach towels)

Conditions

There is a 25% deposit required when booking the villa and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. There is a refundable £100.00 key and security deposit.

The Lanzarote region

Playa Blanca is in the South of the island and is an ideal destination if you want sun, sea and sand. There are plenty of restaurants and bars and even boasts a fish market at the harbour where you can also get a ferry to Fuerteventura. Situated nearby are the popular beaches of Playa Dorada, Playa Flamingo and Papagayo which is probably the best beach on the island.

The Playa Blanca / Playa Blanca Yaiza area

Well worth a visit is Rubicon Marina with it's shops, bars and restaurants. Lanis restaurant is great as the children can feed the fish while you eat. At the Marina is also a shopping centre with mini golf and tenpin bowling.

Local interests include; golf, snorkeling, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, tennis, camel rides, go-karting and a host of other activities.

The promenade is well worth taking as it links both sides of the resort. It allows you to take in most of the (sea-front) sites of Playa Blanca as well as spectacular Ocean views across the Bocaina Straits to Fuerteventura.

Beaches in Playa Blanca
The coastline around Playa Blanca is essentially one large 9 kilometre wide bay which is then broken up into three smaller, but still large, bays. This basic geography means that the beaches in and around Playa Blanca are sheltered and ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

There are many airlines flying from all the main UK airports, these include Monarch, Ryanair, Thomson, Jet2, Easy Jet, Thomas Cook. There is only one airport on Lanzarote, which is 30 minutes away from our Beautiful Villa. Taxis and car hire are readily available from the airport and we would recommend Cabrera Medina for car hire, they are inexpensive and use good quality cars.
