Casa Marina is set in a peaceful location yet only a two minute walk to Marina Rubicon and its shops, bars and restaurants. If you like a beach holiday then this is the perfect villa for you. Stroll along the promenade to Playa Dorada (10 mins) and Playa Blanca town beach (20 mins) If you prefer the privacy of your own villa then relax in the sunny, very private walled garden. There are sun beds, a private pool, a built in BBQ and a shady patio for al fresco dining.
The villa is spacious and ideal for families, with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Built over two floors there is a well equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room with patio doors to the private pool area. There is Satellite TV for your entertainment. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a balcony with sea and mountain views. The bedrooms all have plenty of storage space and blackout blinds to keep out the early morning sun. For babies there is a cot and highchair. Towels and Beach Towels Provided. Free welcome pack on arrival.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is the ideal choice for a holiday any time of year. Only 4 hours from the UK the island has year round sunshine. Daytime temperatures range from 21C in December, January and February to 29C in July, August and September. Lanzarote has superb light quality - great if your hobby is painting or photography.
The island is stunning with blue sky, dramatic volcanic landscape and whitewashed villages with palm trees. There is only one high rise building on the entire island so sea views are unspolit. Although you don't need a car as this villa is close to all ameneties we would recommend at least one day trip to see some of the fascinating and unique attractions such as Timanfaya or Jameos del Agua.
Playa Blanca / Marina Rubicon area
There are three beaches in Playa Blanca, all with golden sand in sheltered bays making them ideal for swimming, snorkelling and simply relaxing. The nearest is Playa Dorada which has beach bars, watersports and sunbeds for hire. Just to the east of the town is the stunning Papagayo headland with cliffs and undeveloped sandy coves. You can walk, drive or take a boat trip there from the marina.
Marina Rubicon has all sorts of activities on offer including sailing, diving, tennis, mini golf and ten pin bowling. If you enjoy shopping, there are designer boutiques and a market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Waterside bars and restaurants are perfect for relaxing and observing the fish, seabirds and boating activities around the marina.

Outside there is a utility area with a washing machine and drying space. The living room is spacious and comfortable with satellite TV to keep the children happy. There is a huge dining table with 6 chairs inside the villa.
Further details outdoors: Outside there are sunbeds for relaxing around the pool (Beach Towels Provided) and a covered dining area with a table and six chairs. Make the most of the weather with a barbeque - the local supermarket is just around the corner and sells all you need including meat and fish, salad, fruit and vegetables. There is a lovely private pool and an outdoor shower for cooling off. The garden is enclosed and sheltered with sun to the end of the day.
