The interior of the villa is beautifully decorated with a spacious lounge and dining area, two twin bedrooms and single room with sofa bed, Twin bedrooms have integrated mahogany wardrobes and an Italian tiled bathroom with overhead shower.
The lounge has two smart leather sofas, adjustable side lamps and satelite T.V, CD and DVD player. A small collection is available but do bring your own to enjoy. There are also books to read, feel free to replace it with one of your own if you have not finished it. There are ceiling fans to one double bedroom and lounge areas for extra comfort when very hot.!!! Cot and high chair available on request.
The Villa has been designed with every comfort in mind and is well equipped with everything you will need, for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. From anywhere on this complex there is a spacious, tranquil feel. The pools and surrounding areas are beautifully maintained. This villa is ideal for families and couples who enjoy a combination of lovely surroundings with great beaches and night life.
High quality bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Only your beach/pool towels are needed. Cleaning service available if required. A change of linen /towels is provided.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is one of the Canary islands. Its wonderful volcanic mountain ranges are some of the most beautiful in the world. Legend has it they were formed when the mythical continent of Atlantis sank into the ocean. It is known for its fabulous climate( third best on earth) of glorious sunshine and gentle breezes making them an ideal destination for holidays throughout the year.
Playa Blanca / Montana Roja area
Playa Blanca (White Beach) is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as fabulous restaurants and shops The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Timafaya mountain is well worth a visit with itsactive volcano a real experience. Costa Tequese (30 min drive away ) is called the windy bay and is fabulous for its varied water sports. Camel and horse riding trekes are avaiable daily (15 min drive from Playa Blanca.
There are lots of shops and restaurants on the front and features a new promenade which connects the wonderful beaches.From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
It also now boasts two new 5 star hotels and a beautiful new marina with many high quality resturauants and shops Playa Blanca has the relaxed atmosphere and, hospitality to make it great for families, and also the tranquillity for those seeking peace and scenery, as well as romantic night spots for couples.

Further details indoors: The lounge and one double bedroom are fitted with large ceiling fans for extra comfort. The lounge has been extended to accommodate the dining area separately. There are double doors from the lounge onto the patio area. We are also set up for babies,we can provide if required (free of charge ) a highchair and travel cot which is also very handy to use as a playpen. There is also a safe for your valuables. There is also satalite TV The single room is ideal for the little ones to play whilst your relaxing with a glass of wine on the patio just outside.
Further details outdoors: The villa has a lovely private,walled, south facing trellised patio area which is bathed in sunshine for the majority of the day. There are two sets of outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and two comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the rays. In addition to the rear patio area we have now built another new patio area in our garden( with furniture). It overlooks the two beautiful pools one of which is specificaly for children, these are set in a spacious large tiled area where there are numerous sunbeds(free of charge) for your use, from here there are stunning views to Montana Roja, a walk up this mountain is highly recommended and very popular as the views from the top are magnificent . Five minutes walk away is the hotel "Paradise Island where you can shop and use the internet when ever you like. It provides freshly cooked bread daily, it is open nine to till late daily.

Hi Barbara, Just a quick e-mail to say thank you very much for a brilliant 2 week stay in your beautiful villa , we all enjoyed ourselves so much that we hope to book a holiday there again in the near future. Joyce was absolutely lovely and was very helpful but not intrusive she was there if we needed her but left us alone to enjoy our holiday.After talking to some other sun visitors at playa banca it seemed we had a little more creature comforts than most people there!!!!!! We really enjoyed our 2 weeks there and will be recommending your villa to our friends.

We have been meaning to e-mail you, following the lovely week we spent at Villa Louis at the beginning of the month. We were very impressed with the villa and think you have made it a most comfortable and attractive place to be. We found the development very peaceful, which was to our liking (!) and attractively laid out. It all looked very welcoming when we arrived and the welcome items were a real bonus, so - when you are in contact with Joyce again - please reiterate our thanks for her coming to check on our (late) arrival, and being so helpful about our departure.
We were lucky to have mainly v good weather and we enjoyed exploring the Playa Blanca area for the first time. Thank you again for all your help and we shall certainly bear the villa in mind for another occasion.
