Further details indoors: The large comfortable lounge with huge leather sofas overlooks the patio and swimming pool. There is satellite TV (Sky Sports package), DVD player and music centre. Just off the lounge is a dining room with seating for 8 guests and a window which overlooks the pool area.
The new fitted kitchen is fully fitted out with granite work surface with oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. It also has an 8 seater kitchen table and chairs.
There are 5 bedrooms: three are double all with en suite bathrooms and all having walk-in showers. Two of these bedrooms have a super king-size bed and the other a king-size. There are also two further twin bedrooms and a further large family bathroom with separate walk-in shower. All the bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of wardrobe space.
In the utility room you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board and clothes airer.
Cooling fans are also available.
Further details outdoors: Outside there is a covered pergola with a table and seating for 10 people and overlooking the 9m x 4m heated swimming pool. There is also a large separate newly constructed sun deck with ample sun loungers to relax on or maybe a soak in the sumptuous SPA Hot Tub.
A Canarian style BBQ is also in this area for lazy nights sipping wine and enjoying a freshly cooked steak.
There is also a Sauna room off the dining room.
