Immaculate villa which been furnished in a modern design. The entrance to the villa has a gated patio area to the front which is ideal to sit outside and view the pools and mountains and is also good if you have small children so that you can open the front doors but by locking the gate keeps them from venturing to the pool.
The Villa has been designed with every comfort in mind and is well equipped with everything you will need, for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
The lounge/diner has black leather sofas, side tables and adjustable lighting side lamps, and a stylish dining table that seats 6. There are french doors that lead off to the rear south facing patio.
The lounge also leads off into the kitchen which is very modern with new pale yellow units and chrome fittings, and granite marble work top. The kitchen is equipped with all the latest kitchen items including new large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery glasses etc that you could need . This then leads onto the solana that (enclosed outside drying area) which also has a washing machine.
The modern bathroom is well lit, and has floor to ceiling Italian tiles, with a bath that incorporates a shower.
The bedrooms are light and bright and have been furnished with comfortable beds and bed linen. Two rooms have fitted wardrobes, small 2 drawer side cabinets and have large windows with professionally fitted retractable mosquito screens.
The third is a single bedroom which can also be used as play room it has a high quality brand new easy glide pull down sofa bed (ideal for 1 adult or 2 small children). There are side cabinets and a TV/VIDEO with some children's videos. This room leads off the lounge so is an ideal place for the children to watch their TV and the adults have space to watch theirs.
For babies and toddlers we provide a travel cot bed linen and a high chair.
High quality bed linen are provided for your comfort. Only your beach/pool towels are needed. Clean linen and towels are provided once weekly.
From anywhere on this complex there is a spacious, tranquil feel. The pools are quiet and the surrounding areas are beautifully maintained
This villa is ideal for families and couples who enjoy a combination of lovely surroundings with a great local town with great beaches, shops, restaurants and a chic new Marina.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote one of the Canary islands Legend has it they were formed when the mythical continent of Atlantis sank into the ocean. It is also known for its fabulous climate of glorious sunshine and gentle breezes, making them an ideal destination for holidays throughout the year. Playa Blanca (white beach) is known for its pale sandy beaches, and now is the most upmarket areas in Lanzarote due to its 5 star hotels and beautiful new marina.
Playa Blanca (White Beach) is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as fabulous restaurants and shops The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo.
There are lots of shops and restaurants on the front and features a new promenade which connects the wonderful beaches.From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
It also now boasts two new 5 star hotels and a beautiful new marina with many high quality resturauants and shops Playa Blanca has the relaxed atmosphere and, hospitality to make it great for families, and also the tranquillity for those seeking peace and scenery, as well as romantic night spots for couples.
How to get there
Fly to Arrecife Airport. Playa Blanca is a 20-30 minute drive away. Taxi cost from the airport tothe villa is about 25-30 euros and car hire is reasonable.

Further details indoors: There is a selection of DVDs and a DVD player and a CD player so bring any CDs or Dvds. There is also an extra TV/Video, with many children's videos.
Further details outdoors: There are two sets of french doors leading out on to the large south facing terracotta tiled patio area which has a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers, there are also numerous sun loungers for your use around the pool. There are always some available. The front gated patio area, ideal for your morning cuppa and it is handy so that you can open the villa doors lock the gate to stop the little ones escaping.
The villa over looks 2 swimming pools set in a very spacious tiled area including smaller children's pool the pool and never busy often you may find that you have the pool to yourselves. It also has views to the 'montana roja' (red mountain) which are fabulous for a morning walk and with views that are spectacular.
Five minutes walk away is the hotel "Paradise Island where you can shop and use the internet when ever you like. It provides freshly cooked bread daily, it is open nine to nine -thirty daily. They also have a restaurant. The main shopping area and restaurants along with the beach are only a 4 minute drive away, or you can take a walk or taxi down to them. Where ever you are on this development you will have the feeling of space and tranquility.
The nearest beach is 'Playa Flamingo' it is a fantastic place for children as it is in an enclosed bay so the water is calm and very shallow. It is a loively setting with restaurants and shops and great views.
If you like a peaceful holiday with quality accommodation in a beautiful setting then this is for you.
Further details
This is a lovely development that is kept immaculately clean it is ideal for couples and families. Our family also own one identical next door but one to this so great if more than one family want to go away together (not suitable for stag or hen parties).
We really do try to make sure that you have a great holiday and always try to help with any reasonable request. We also know a lot about Lanzarote as we have owned property there for a number of years and have family that live over there. So even if you decide chose a different villa we are still more than happy to help you.
Conditions
Change over day is flexible, and the villa is available from 2pm on arrival, and vacate time on day of departure is 10am. (Although we are flexible on this if you have a late flight, and there is no one else arriving that day).

Hi Cheryl We had a fabulous time, the villa was way better that I had imagined, practically home from home! We wanted for nothing! The views from the front patio are breathtaking, definitely the place to sit early in the morning with a cup of tea, with the sun just peeping over the volcanoes in the distance. We all loved the pool, and it was practically ours for the whole time we were there which the boys thought was amazing! The best thing about the apartment complex, its quiet, relaxing and typically lanzarotian! We rented Villa Moda. The villa is tastefully decorated in a modern style and complete with everything required for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The pool (30 paces from the front door) was fabulous, and we had it to ourselves for much of the week. Recommend a car. Truly a home from home, we intend returning next year. Dews family From Essex
