About the home

Enviably located right on the sea front at Faro Park, this villa offers possibly the best located luxury accommodation not only on this tasteful development, but on the entire Island of Lanzarote. There are small supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakery/patisserie and bars all within a 4 minute walk, whilst the bustling fishing village of Playa Blanca is just a 5 minute drive away.

The villa has been designed to maximise the amazing sea views, whilst at the same time being sheltered from the sea breeze. The position also affords day long sun onto the large terraces surrounding the electrically heated swimming pool. Excellent barbecue and outdoor dining facilities ensure that you can make the most of this fantastic outdoor space. There is also the benefit of a jacuzzi hot tub.

Inside, the villa features a luxury, contemporary interior, with high quality fittings throughout. The spacious lounge is air conditioned, and has a large south facing picture window with magnificent sea views towards Fuerteventura, as well as direct access to the terrace and pool area, through patio doors. Satellite television, video and DVD player together with stereo CD/radio ensure entertainment is always on hand.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, dressing area and superb en-suite bathroom with a feature glass brick wall surrounding the Jacuzzi bath. The patio doors open out onto the sun terrace/pool area and have superb views of the Atlantic Ocean. Two further bedrooms offer double or twin beds, built in wardrobes and excellent sea views across the terrace. There is also a shower room with toilet and a further toilet serving these two rooms.

We can also offer an identical villa next door, although it doesn´t have a hot tub.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote lying about 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula, and is the most unusual of the Canarian Islands. This position ensures more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other Canarian islands, and year round high temperatures. In the summer, temperatures can be in the 90's, although cooling breezes make it much more pleasant and comfortable in comparison to the Mediterranean , whilst temperature rarely fall below 70 in the winter- ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and pleasant in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.

The island has almost 300 volcanoes and is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture. Building work on the island is very tightly controlled and there is no high rise, with white washed villas predominating. Advertising boards are also not allowed.

The Playa Blanca / Faro Park area

Playa Blanca is an upmarket resort and enjoys the the best of the weather on the island. It boasts many fine golden sandy beaches and a beautiful promenade lined with a whole range of cafes and wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes.

The stunning new marina has a host of waterfront cafes, shops and restaurants. The pedestrianised village has supermarkets and many excellent shops, and there is a market held every Saturday morning. Regular boat trips run from the harbour, as well as ferries making the short 20 minute trip to Fuerteventura.
