This a large villa which can easily accommodate family groups and is close to all the amenities in Playa Blanca.
This large luxurious 4 bedroom villa has lovely sea views and is located a short distance from all the amenities of Playa Blanca and from the nearest restaurants and sandy beach.
What can you say about this villa, except WOW? The huge lounge is beautifully furnished and has Satellite television, DVD player and a music system. Wi-fi internet access is also available in lounge.
Outside there is an upstairs terrace where you can enjoy those fabulous sea views whilst relaxing in the alfresco dining area listening to the steaks sizzling on the Canarian BBQ. On the lower terrace is a large sun deck surrounding the private heated swimming pool where you can soak up those rays then take a refreshing dip or soak in the sumptuous hot tub. Sunloungers and cushions are provided.

There is a separate dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons.
The master bedroom on the upper floor has an en suite bathroom, the upper twin bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. Downstairs the master bedroom which has a super king size bed and the twin bedroom share a large full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor.
In the centre of the villa is a glass atrium which floods the property with natural light, adding to the airy feeling within the property. It also benefits from air conditioning on the upper level for those hot Lanzarote days and nights, which also provides heating on cooler months.
One of the sofas in the lounge also converts into a double bed.
A hair-dryer is provided to save on packing.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands and lies in the Atlantic Ocean only some 100 km (60 miles) from the coast of Africa and 1,000 km (600 miles) from the Iberian Peninsula. The island enjoys an average temperature of 24ºC all year-round due to its advantageous location in the Tropic of Cancer. Lanzarote is made up of seven municipalities: Arrecife (the capital), Teguise, Haría, San Bartolomé, Tías, Tinajo and Yaiza, with an official population of nearly 100,000 inhabitants, mostly residing in the south-central part of the island.

The Playa Blanca / Vista Lobos area
Playa Blanca originally a small fishing village is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. Basking in all year round warm sunshine with clear blue seas, Playa Blanca is a holidaymaker's paradise. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. If it's lazy days in the sun you are looking for, this is the ideal place. Playa Blanca's beaches are small but perfectly formed and benefit from excellent nearby amenities such as the shops, bars and restaurants.
Playa Blanca is fantastic for families who want to spend the day at the beach and their nights enjoying fine food at one of many international restaurants set on the golden sand sea front.
From the harbour at Playa Blanca, ferries cross several times a day to Fuerteventura. It is possible to go to the island as a foot passenger or with a car and the 45-minute crossing is good fun in itself as you can sit on the open-air terrace and enjoy the ocean. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island (and some people say in all of Spain) is in close proximity to Playa Blanca. Papagayo beach is a must-see place for anyone staying in Playa Blanca.
