A truly lovely villa which has been furnished with great taste and flair, it is suitable both for couples and for families. Located in a quiet residential area.
It is a beautiful Villa furnished to the highest standard with fabulous taste. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite.
The shaded Alfresco dining area has a large marble table which seats up to 10 people where you can enjoy a BBQ whilst watching the sun set over the horizon. There is a further dining table and chairs for those who like to dine in the sunshine.
There is a beautiful garden with 30 palms and trees, 20 bougainvillea's and more than 60 orange and red hibiscus. This is really a great place to enjoy those stunning views.

The light airy lounge is furnished with a mix of contemporary furniture and traditional wood and local artefacts which makes for a very luxurious feel. Suspended from the peaked ceiling is an original venetian glass chandelier!
The kitchen has all the usual mod cons, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Even the crockery is ¨Jasper Conran wedgewood¨. Everything that has gone into this Villa is to the highest standard for the discerning customer.
The washing machine is downstairs in the utility room.
The 3 bedrooms have luxury linen and all have fully fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool/terrace area.
Both bathrooms are tiled in marble through out.
2 Mountain bikes have been provided for your use. Please bring your own helmets and use at your own risk.

The 8x4m pool is electrically heated with a salt chlorinator which is great for skin conditions and softer on the skin. 6 sun loungers with cushions have been provided for relaxing by the pool and admiring the Volcano and the sea views!!

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands and lies in the Atlantic Ocean only some 100 km (60 miles) from the coast of Africa and 1,000 km (600 miles) from the Iberian Peninsula. The island enjoys an average temperature of 24ºC all year-round due to its advantageous location in the Tropic of Cancer. Lanzarote is made up of seven municipalities: Arrecife (the capital), Teguise, Haría, San Bartolomé, Tías, Tinajo and Yaiza, with an official population of nearly 100,000 inhabitants, mostly residing in the south-central part of the island.

The Playa Blanca / Los Alisios area
Playa Blanca originally a small fishing village is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. Basking in all year round warm sunshine with clear blue seas, Playa Blanca is a holidaymaker's paradise. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. If it's lazy days in the sun you are looking for, this is the ideal place. Playa Blanca's beaches are small but perfectly formed and benefit from excellent nearby amenities such as the shops, bars and restaurants.
Playa Blanca is fantastic for families who want to spend the day at the beach and their nights enjoying fine food at one of many international restaurants set on the golden sand sea front.
From the harbour at Playa Blanca, ferries cross several times a day to Fuerteventura. It is possible to go to the island as a foot passenger or with a car and the 45-minute crossing is good fun in itself as you can sit on the open-air terrace and enjoy the ocean. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island (and some people say in all of Spain) is in close proximity to Playa Blanca. Papagayo beach is a must-see place for anyone staying in Playa Blanca.
