The Lanzarote region

Playa Blanca area
Playa Blanca originally a small fishing village is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. Basking in all year round warm sunshine with clear blue seas, Playa Blanca is a holidaymaker's paradise. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. If it's lazy days in the sun you are looking for, this is the ideal place. Playa Blanca's beaches are small but perfectly formed and benefit from excellent nearby amenities such as the shops, bars and restaurants.
Playa Blanca is fantastic for families who want to spend the day at the beach and their nights enjoying fine food at one of many international restaurants set on the golden sand sea front.
From the harbour at Playa Blanca, ferries cross several times a day to Fuerteventura. It is possible to go to the island as a foot passenger or with a car and the 45-minute crossing is good fun in itself as you can sit on the open-air terrace and enjoy the ocean. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island (and some people say in all of Spain) is in close proximity to Playa Blanca. Papagayo beach is a must-see place for anyone staying in Playa Blanca.

Further details indoors: Downstairs you will find 2 further bedrooms one a twin bedroom and further family bathroom and the other having the option of a super-kingsize or two twin beds (please advise requirements when booking), plus and en suite shower room which can also be accessed from the pool area if desired. Each bedroom has a fully fitted wardrobe and a dressing table with hair-dryer.
The ultra chic lounge has a full SKY satellite package with large flat screen TV and surround sound system with DVD and CD player. Patio doors lead to the heated pool and terrace for sun bathing.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The washing machine can be found in the utility room where you will also find 2 bicycles in the store room for your use but please bring your own crash helmets and use the bikes at your own risk!
Secure high-speed Broadband internet access is available, either wired or wireless. You don’t need to have a wireless laptop, but you will need to bring your own Ethernet cable to connect to the router in the lounge (access code will be provided).
Beach towels provided.
Everything for a day at the beach: Cool box, ice packs, 2 beach chairs, beach mats, beach umbrella.
Further details outdoors: Outside you will find the alfresco dining area with seating for 10 people plus ¨Gin corner¨ with a long comfy couch and large canarian BBQ ideal for relaxing with a cool drink while the man about the house is manning the BBQ.
