This villa is a beautifully furnished property which is suitable for both couples and families. Lovely 3 bedroom property located in Parque del Rey which is situated a 10 minute walk into Playa Blanca.
The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout in a Parisienne style. In the lounge there is a leather suite, flat screen TV, freeview satellite system and DVD/CD player. It has a separate dining room and separate fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The washing machine is located in a utility room where you will also find the iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.
If you can finally tear yourself away from the jacuzzi bath and the comfy interior of the villa and step outside, you will find a spacious terrace surrounding your own private heated 7m x 3m swimming pool, with ample sunbeds and cushions on which to stretch out and soak up the hot Lanzarote rays before taking a cooling dip. There is also a covered alfresco dining area for chilling out with a glass of wine, while the chef gets the steaks sizzling on the BBQ. Not forgetting a landscaped garden and off road parking.
All in all, a wonderful place to stay for your holiday!

There are 3 bedrooms, the master having a king size bed and a large dressing room with loads of wardrobe space and a spacious en suite bathroom with a sumptuous jacuzzi bath in which to relax with a glass of bubbly, a shower enclosure, toilet, bidet and sink. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a sitting room with a sofa bed to accommodate an additional guest. You also have a shower room with large walk-in shower with massaging jets, and a sink and toilet.
Cooling fans and a hair-dryer are also provided.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands and lies in the Atlantic Ocean only some 100 km (60 miles) from the coast of Africa and 1,000 km (600 miles) from the Iberian Peninsula. The Playa Blanca / Parque del Rey area
Playa Blanca originally a small fishing village is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. Basking in all year round warm sunshine with clear blue seas, Playa Blanca is a holidaymaker's paradise. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. If it's lazy days in the sun you are looking for, this is the ideal place. Playa Blanca's beaches are small but perfectly formed and benefit from excellent nearby amenities such as the shops, bars and restaurants.
Playa Blanca is fantastic for families who want to spend the day at the beach and their nights enjoying fine food at one of many international restaurants set on the golden sand sea front.
From the harbour at Playa Blanca, ferries cross several times a day to Fuerteventura. It is possible to go to the island as a foot passenger or with a car and the 45-minute crossing is good fun in itself as you can sit on the open-air terrace and enjoy the ocean. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island (and some people say in all of Spain) is in close proximity to Playa Blanca. Papagayo beach is a must-see place for anyone staying in Playa Blanca.
