This villa is in a quiet private residential location and is ideal for couples and families alike, and has features to make it child friendly.
It is only a 5 minute drive into Playa Blanca and its shops, beaches, restaurants,etc and is also a short walk to some local amenities and to the seafront promenade and the stunning coastline.
It is an exceptional property furnished to a high standard with its own private heated pool, with a childs safety fence so little ones cannot get to the pool, and also a luxury JACUZZI! The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master suite has a Kingsize bed and en suite bathroom fitted out in marble for sheer luxury! The other bedrooms are a double and a twin.
By far the best feature of Villa G is the huge extended patio with sunken lighting and the luxurious jacuzzi with all the massage jets you could wish for to help you relax into the holiday mood!

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands and lies in the Atlantic Ocean only some 100 km (60 miles) from the coast of Africa and 1,000 km (600 miles) from the Iberian Peninsula. The island enjoys an average temperature of 24ºC all year-round due to its advantageous location in the Tropic of Cancer. Lanzarote is made up of seven municipalities: Arrecife (the capital), Teguise, Haría, San Bartolomé, Tías, Tinajo and Yaiza, with an official population of nearly 100,000 inhabitants, mostly residing in the south-central part of the island.

The Playa Blanca / Zafiro area
Playa Blanca originally a small fishing village is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. Basking in all year round warm sunshine with clear blue seas, Playa Blanca is a holidaymaker's paradise. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. If it's lazy days in the sun you are looking for, this is the ideal place. Playa Blanca's beaches are small but perfectly formed and benefit from excellent nearby amenities such as the shops, bars and restaurants.
Playa Blanca is fantastic for families who want to spend the day at the beach and their nights enjoying fine food at one of many international restaurants set on the golden sand sea front.
From the harbour at Playa Blanca, ferries cross several times a day to Fuerteventura. It is possible to go to the island as a foot passenger or with a car and the 45-minute crossing is good fun in itself as you can sit on the open-air terrace and enjoy the ocean. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island (and some people say in all of Spain) is in close proximity to Playa Blanca. Papagayo beach is a must-see place for anyone staying in Playa Blanca.
