The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is situated 70km off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. The Island is 37 Miles long and 12 miles wide, making it the 4th Largest (of the 7 Canary Islands).
The Climate is generally between 21 and 30 degrees and there are about 7 to 11 hours of sunshine each day (depending on time of year).
Playa Blanca / Faro Park area
The Roads are excellent and there are a number of places of interest including Papgayo Beach, Timanfaya National Park, Guinate Tropical Park, Rancho Texas, Mirador Del Rio, Jameous Del Aqua, La Ceuva de los Verdes and Jardin De Cactus to name a few.

How to get there
Fly into Arrecife Airport.
Playa Blanca is a 30 Min Drive along the LZ-2, an excellent quality road linking the airport to Playa Blanca.
Faro Park is then 2-3km west of the main village centre and has its own bars/restaurants.
